WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF READINESS OWNERS?• Ensure engagement and communication
• Communicate the scope and progress of the implementation
• Empower transformation by building a positive, fun environment
• Structure change management activities
• Promote Accountability
• Participate in Readiness Owner meetings, Direction and Adoption Sessions
• Participate in applicable activities to support project milestones
• Understand high-risk workflows and key metrics relevant to their areas to provide feedback when necessary
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHANGE SPONSORS?• Serve as a liaison between the stakeholders (clinicians, business),
readiness owners, project governance and the Project Team during implementation
• Participate in groundwork as well as Direction and Adoption Sessions
• Escalate concerns to the Project and/or Program Office • Support and promote the project to clinicians and administrators
in their respective areas• Participate in working groups tasked with reviewing and approving
clinical content and developing new content and decision support to promote quality initiatives
Readiness Owners empower the troops on our Epic journey as
operational, clinical and physician leaders who are accountable for
the overall success of Project Fusion within their areas
On-site sessions with key decision-makers to define your organization’s workflows and
operational goals

SPONSORS? Change Sponsors are the frontline troops on our Epic journey who as operational or clinical stakeholders participate in system
direction and validation, support and promote the implementation of Project
Fusion to all stakeholders for their specialty area or specialized team
The Epic team will be running the Direction Sessions to gather information and demonstrate the Foundation system.
