Greetings to you in the Name of Jesus Christ.

I hope and trust that this letter finds you in the blessings of the Lord, and that your

family is living the abundant life that Christ has provided for us. It is an honor for me to meet

and serve you to the best of my ability and that God be glorified. In the pages ahead I hope

and trust that you will find interesting ministry that will help you in your walk with Christ

and the development of your ministry.

I believe that this meeting is not by chance but a God, connection that will help to ad-

vance what both of us need to do in the kingdom of God and advance the ministry he has

called us to do. When we are in a leadership conference for the All About Christ Network In-

ternational I told the saints there that their are three reasons why God has put us together on

this journey.

The First one is that he has put us together to help you be set free form the personal pain

form the past. Two to help you build a lasting legacy for you and your children. And three to

help build the All About Christ International, and its family of networks design to make any-

one in the Body of Christ who is sincere about kingdom building and love toward one an-

other, comfortable and will respect there background, image and integrity of there ministry.

Many have been in organizations were politics, the good old boy club, clicks, and peo-

ple who just don't care about the local pastor who have been hurt and missed used. Only to

line the pockets of the leaders that they can’t even get a visit or phone call from. They have

taken your money but when you needed help they said oh well. Well that is not God, and he

is not pleased with it.

We do our best to prevent these issues in the All About Christ In-

ternational family. And we would love for you to join us because in this

ministry we will always have room for you and a place for you to serve.

All About Christ International

Bishop Robert Durgan is the Presiding Bishop and Founder of the All About Christ International, All About

Christ Network of Churches & Ministries and Senior Pastor of All About Christ World Outreach Church.

Bishop Durgan came into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in September of 1981 in 1987 Bishop Durgan

began his pastoral ministry as a assistant pastor, then pastor while serving in the military in Baulmhoder, Ger-

many the name of the church was Center of Faith COGIC. In November of 1995 Bishop Durgan was conse-

crated to the Bishopric under the Leadership of Bishop J.L. Payne Presiding Bishop of Christ International

Churches he was also appointed to the executive board and to the Office of the Secretary General. In Novem-

ber 1999 Bishop Durgan started a fellowship call Family Worship Centers International and in 2005 started

another fellowship called All About Christ Fellowship.

All About Christ Fellowship in 2005 started in January of that year it was the beginning of a new and strong

fellowship but at the same time heart break too because Bishop Durgan son Robert Durgan Jr. went home to be

with the lord. Going thru this time was very difficult but Bishop Durgan kept the faith and the ministry went

on. In 2011 the purpose and vision was changed and the name was changed to All About Christ Network of

Church & Ministries International. From July of 2011 to November 2011 the network had grown to over 70

Bishops across the United States the first official leadership conference was in March of 2012 in Atlanta GA.

From that time on the fellowship has gone through ups and downs what Bishop Durgan calls birth pains and

periods of dramatic growth and slow periods. In 2013 the network had a outstanding leadership conference in

Orlando Fl. And in that same year had its first international Inaugural Holy Convocation in August 2013.

The vision and growth and revisions made to help serve the Body of Christ, which brought new direction with

the establishment of the All About Christ International and has grown into other organizations founded by

Bishop Durgan such as All About Christ International, All About Christ Apostolic Network, All About Christ

Full Gospel Baptist Network, Church of God In Christ Network International and the All Abut Christ Net-

working Fellowship International, all of these in the body of Christ that once a year come together to worship

God in the beauty of Holiness.

All About Christ Network International: This is the flagship network and most of you have a idea of the set up and what is required. This organization or network will have a set up of and Executive Board, General Board, Advisory Board, Jurisdictions, Diocese, De-partments and Ministries. Plus Pastoral Crisis Fund, Church Development Fund, Church Loan Programs, and Service Providers. This is for leaders that have a Non Denominational or just see the vision of all faiths coming together and working together but this network will have a organizational set up agrees with the vision of Bishop Durgan, but do not want the issues and politics that came along with past organizations.

All About Christ Networking Fellowship International: This is for leaders who do not what to be in any type of organizational set with jurisdictions and diocese this is just a group of church and ministries that network and come together. If you are apart of this network there are limited benefits but you will be in direct contact with Bishop Durgan for things that will help your ministry. There is no Pastoral Crisis Fund or Church Development Fund. This network is just true to its name a "networking fellowship". No Monthly support is naked from you only if lead by the Lord. But Limited in the Benefits that the other networks have.

All About Christ Apostolic Network International: This is for leaders that have a Apostolic Faith background but do not want the issues and politics that came along with past organizations. but do not want the issues and politics that came along with past organizations. This organization or network will have a set up with Executive Board, General Board, Advisory Board, Jurisdictions, Diocese, Depart-ments and Ministries. Plus Pastoral Crisis Fund, Church Development Fund, Church Loan Programs, and Service Providers.

All About Christ Full Gospel Baptist Network International: This is for leaders that have a Baptist Faith (Not Necessarily Full Gospel but all Baptist Backgrounds) background but do not want the issues and politics that came along with past organizations. This organization or network will have a set up with Executive Board, General Board, Advisory Board, Jurisdictions, Diocese, Departments and Minis-tries. Plus Pastoral Crisis Fund, Church Development Fund, Church Loan Programs, and Service Providers.

All About Christ Church of God In Christ Network International: This is for leaders that have a COGIC Faith background but do not want the issues and politics that came along with past organizations. This organization or network will have a set up with Executive Board, General Board, Advisory Board, Jurisdictions, Diocese, Departments and Ministries. Plus Pastoral Crisis Fund, Church Devel-opment Fund, Church Loan Programs, and Service Providers.

All About Christ Ecumenical Community of Christian Organizations: This network is just for all the Presiding Bishops of there own or-ganization. And those in the Bishopric, and anyone who would like to be apart. With This group we will meet once a year in July. To come together to gave a christian answer t the issues that plunge our community, cities, and nation. Issues like drugs, HIV, Sex Trade, Economic Development, Poverty In America, The Homosexual Agenda, and more.

With these different networks gives more opportunity for leadership at a national level and a place were you will feel comfortable with people of like faith. Executive Boards, General Boards, Advisory Boards, Jurisdictional Bishops, Suffragan Bishops, Auxiliary Bish-ops, Overseers, National Ministry Directors will be needed all Bishop & Clergy attire will be the same in all networks. I will need your response as soon as possible because the operations of each network will start on April 1, 2014. Those of you that know the require-ments of All About Christ Network International the same will be in all other networks except the All About Christ Networking Fellow-ship International.

Bishop Durgan believes that if leaders can have an outlet where they can go with issues they have, deal with them privately, and avoid any possible embarrassment to the Christian community. The following is the Vision and Service Statement offered to all the members the AACI and the family of networks International:

− The AACIof Churches & Minis-tries will be a service provider to the members of this net-work.

− The AACIof Churches & Minis-tries will respect all churches and ministries regardless of size or financial contribution to the network.

− The ACCIwill promote and give a viable platform for the more seasoned ministry leaders to share their ministry experi-ence and knowledge with the network as a whole.

− The ACCI will do its best to bring to every ministry leader and/or pastor the latest, cut-ting-edge information that will enhance their ministry.

− The ACCI will use all available internet and media resources to promote the member minis-tries to the Body of Christ.

− The ACCIwill provide ministry tools to help a ministry; But will introduce secular re-sources that members use on a daily basis at a discount.

− The ACCIwill provide a spiritual

covering for all members of the network; plus Consecration, Ordina-tion, and ministerial credentials to all its members.

− The ACCN will provide a service-first attitude or mentality to all members of the network.

− The ACCN member churches and ministries will tithe to the local chapter, Diocese, and or Jurisdic-tion and 90% of the monies will stay in the local area and 10% will go to the national operations.

− The ACCN individual members will give a monthly donation of $20.00 per month for as long as they are members in the network.

− The ACCN will provide resources, such as a Pastoral Crisis Fund and a Church Development Fund for its faithful members.

− The ACCIwill provide a ministry called “The Shepherd’s Friend” where one-on-one, confidential counseling will be given to all pas-tors and ministry leaders.

− The ACCI will recognize members with a special recognition and/or special discounts when they per-sonally, recruit new members into the network.

− The ACCI will use its own leaders as speakers in the Local, Regional, and National meetings. We believe in supporting our own and giving

2. To the best of my ability, I will obey and submit in love to those that God has placed in my life to oversee growth and development.

3. If at anytime issues come up with any of the other members of the network, I will first try and reconcile with the person, then advise my Ju-risdictional Bishop of the issue; then, if the issue is still not resolved, then I will make a formal, written complaint to the Office of the Secretary General so that the Presiding Bishop’s office

can address the issues. 4. I will respect both men and women

in the ministry and will treat all leadership the way I would have wanted to be treated. I will not be a backbiter or a talebearer. I will entreat all with kindness and godly leadership regardless of the minis-try size or economic status.

5. I will do my best to attend all net-work national functions when pos-sible and Jurisdictional functions; And, will not, to the best of my ability, not schedule any services or meetings that will conflict with attendance. If, by some chance this cannot be avoided, then I will send representation to the events to represent me both in person and financially.

6. I will endeavor to be a student of

God’s Word and be willing to learn new things in jurisdictional and national settings. I will not cause confusion or discord because of a difference of faith and or ideas concerning doctrine and/or teaching from scripture.

Regional Bishop:

In all the networks there will be Regional Bishops these leaders will oversee ten different regions in the United

States. These Bishops answer to the Presiding Bishop’s office who will have a chairperson to oversee there

operations. They must build good relationships with the states Bishops there oversee.

State Bishops:

In all the networks there will be states Bishops in the United States, these leaders are more like statesmen or

women who function as a administrative head and capable to build strong relationships with both civic (State

Governor) and jurisdictional Bishops in the state they oversee.

Jurisdictional Bishops:

The Jurisdictional Bishops in each network are the backbone of each network according to the Presiding

Bishop’s Office. The Jurisdictions will have the same set up as the national work.

Diocese Bishops; These Bishops serve the Jurisdictional Bishops and oversee the Diocese that are under that

Jurisdiction.
