Reservaons/Payment Terms Early planning ensures item availability. Remember, item availability is on a first come, first serve basis. A deposit of %25 of the total is required to reserve items for your event. The balance of payment is due one (1) week before delivery, or when you pick up your items at our show- room. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, and local checks with a valid driver's license. Items will be confirmed when the deposit has been re- ceived. Rental Time Most prices quoted are for a one day event. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates. We charge for all items picked up or accepted for delivery whether used or not. All rental prices are subject to change without noce. Order Changes And Cancellaons... Addions to an order are welcome, but are subject to availability. Last minute changes or addions may be subject to an addional %25 charge to compensate for addional me used to complete the order. ALL cancellaons forfeit the reservaon deposit. Reservaon deposits on tents, grills, tables, chairs, linens, china, candelabras, and all special event items are not refundable or transferable. Cancellaons AFTER delivery, in- stallaon, or customer pickup FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS. Cancellaons of individual items previously reserved are subject to a %25 fee of the original order. Delivery/Pickup Delivery and pickup is available on any size order and the fee is based on desnaon and current fuel prices. Please call our office for charges. Delivery/pick-up is tailgate drop off. If you request a deliver/pick-up to a specific floor or area, addional labor costs may be assessed at a minimum rate of $45.00 per man/per hour. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a convenient place. Special con- tainers are provided for china, glassware, etc., to ensure that you receive your items sanized, undamaged, and table ready. We will be happy to schedule delivery/pickup based on availability. You may request AM (8-12) or PM (12-4:30) delivery/pick-up if necessary. Request for a more specific delivery/pick-up me may be scheduled at an addional charge. Please make any special arrangements with our party consultants be- fore delivery/pick-up is made. Customer Responsibility If your order includes delivery/pick-up, complete direcons to the site are necessary—as well as instrucons as to where the merchandise is to be leſt. If customer is not there and we have no instrucons, it will cause delay and possible extra cost if rescheduling is required. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the me of receipt to me of return. Tables and chairs should be taken down, stacked and ready for pick-up. All china; glassware, etc., should be cleaned and repacked in the same containers in which they were received. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent mildew. Be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We offer cleaning ser- vice for china and glassware. Call for quote. Set-up and Take Down Set-up and/or take-down is available for some items at addional charges, i.e. tables and chairs. These arrangements MUST be made in advance to schedule adequate personnel and me for this service. Clients must be present at the me of delivery for set-up instrucons or complete diagrams must be provided. Precauon with Linens You must take precauons when using candles. Any linens returned with wax on them will incur extra charges for cleaning, or possibly replace- ment. We suggest using a decorave mirror under the candle to avoid spillage. All candles have a tendency to drip whether they are dripless or not. Do not put wet linens in plasc bags. They will mildew. Mildew stains will not come out. You will incur a replacement charge for all linens returned with mildew stains. Linens showing signs of abuse, i.e., burns, tears, used to wipe up spills, stepped on, or permanently soiled will incur extra charges for cleaning or replacement. Equipment UseWhen picking up or accepng delivery of equipment, please learn to use the item(s) rented. We do our best to instruct each customer on how to safely use our equipment. Instrucons are sent with most items. Should an item not work, please contact us immediately. Also, when picking up or accepng delivery of equipment, be sure you have received all of the items on your reservaon. If the item(s) are not correct or accepta- ble, we need to know immediately in order to remedy the situaon. Any items that we deem were delivered and have been lost, you as the lessee of the equipment are responsible for any costs it could incur. a interconnecting network of

poles and do not have center

poles. The use of stakes to

anchor the tent is preferred,

however, can be anchored using

other methods when staking is

not an option.
