To Bob Brewster and the 2015 All Birddog Reunion Com-mittee, Armed Forces Reunions and the many organiza-tions and indivuduals who made this reunion possible, we ex-tend our sincere appreciations and graditude for a job well and exceptionally done! No one could have expected more!
Reunion 2015-1
The Catkillers and our Friends were well represented and totaled 42 in number, with the second largest group attendance record. We were honored to have present family members of those memoral-ized on the monument and everyone appreciated their extra efforts to make this an even more memorable experience for all attendees.

Bob Ramsay’s pilot looks for-ward. In the back seat of a Birddog, again, is a Ramsay, son of Marine Aerial Observer and KIA Captain Charles Ramsay.
“Never before had the wife and I been surrounded by so many hero’s who had dedicated their life for our freedom. Its truly amazing the candid attitude and demeanor everyone displayed on their courageous mission in Vietnam whether it was up north or down south. Our children and grandchildren need to follow their example what true Americans can accomplish at their young age, most men I talked with were in the early or mid twenty’s when they were deployed. It’s a vast contrast to today’s youth and attitude. I would like to thank the Catkillers for inviting the wife and I to a once in a lifetime event, we truly enjoyed the company of the men of the 220th Catkillers and will be forever grateful. Yours truly, Bob and Donna Ramsay”
Family members of our missing or killed in action were: [Hugh M. Byrd] Elaine Byrd Miariscal, Nita Byrd Lumpkin; [Floyd Caldwell] Catalina Caldwell, Glenn Caldwell, Connie Carrioll, James Carroll; [Lee Harrison] Donald Harrison, Susan Harrison Leathers; and [Charles Ramsay] Bob Ramsay and wife Donna. Above, in the foreground, are Connie and James Carroll and Bob Ramsay. Jack Bentley is to Connie’s right.
