The All-In-One measuring station has been developed for the automotive glass industry. It integrates all components required to manage many different measuring fixture. The flexibility of this solution makes possible an easy and fast production change.

Quick SPC™ and Glass Add-On measuring softwareThe software is specifically developed for the automotive glass industry. All kind of measurements (shape, flatness, bending, symmetry, perimeter, etc.) can be easily programmed starting from the 3D file. The software includes the Rate of change (ROC) elaboration and the “Best fit” algorithm that is able to determinate real-time the information on the good/reject glass status independently from the positioning of the glass on the fixture.

Customizable user interface with buttons, selectors and summary lampThe control panel of the measuring station is developed to simplify the everyday operations.

Pneumatic systemReady to be used with pneumatic push or vacuum retract pencil probes can be configured in several independent outputs to manage different measuring groups and centering elements.

Integrable in manual or automatic production linesThe measuring station can be used in both type of application with the possibility to be integrated with different fieldbus standards (Profibus, Profinet, etc..).

Accessories The air conditioner is included to grant perfect and reliable functionality in every environment condition.

Industry 4.0 readyThe measuring data can be transferred, in real-time, through the network in many different formats.
