Syllabus of VET and ESD needs revamping, the scope of the courses need to be enlarged
All such training regulated by the Ministry of Labour and employment, some deregulation required so that institutes can change their course contents as per market forces
Specialized institutes should be developed to hone one particular type of skill and each state must have these institutes so that regional skills can be fostered.
VET and ESD help for starting small and medium businesses.

Change our education system to meet the needs of EQ and SQ, present system of education concentrates on IQ development, which is only 33% of the human character
