My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive

You into my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if

You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.

Donations

All Saints Catholic Church has supported

the St. Vincent’s Food Pantry for many

years. The donation baskets for food

items were removed because of Covid,

but the need is still great. To continue to

help our neighbors feed the hungry, a box

will be located in the vestibule for

monetary donations or grocery store gift

cards, which will be sent to St. Vincent’s.

($10.00 Market 32 grocery gift cards are

especially helpful). Thank you for your

generosity and support.

Talking to your Doctor

or Health Care Provider

By having open and honest

communication with your doctor or health

care provider, you can play an active role

in your health care. It’s important to be

upfront about your symptoms or concerns

even if you feel embarrassed. You may

feel uncomfortable talking about sexual

problems, memory loss, or bowel issues

but these are all important to your health.

Here are some things you can do to

prepare for your appointment:

-Write a list of questions or concerns such

as new symptoms or side affects you may

be having from meds

-Consider bringing a close friend or

relative with you

-Take notes about what the doctor or

health care provider say or have someone

do it for you

-Learn how to access your medical

records so you can keep track of test

results, diagnosis, treatment plans and

medications so you can prepare for your

next appointment.

-Ask for the doctors or health care

providers contact info and their preferred

method of communication i.e. email,

phone calls

-Remember that nurses and pharmacists

are also good sources of information.

Join us for 40 Days for Life, a 40 Day campaign of peaceful prayer, fasting and witness. Join people all across

the country and throughout the world for the unborn from September 22 - October 31, 2021 Prior abortion workers have said that as many as 75% of women scheduled for an abortion don't show when people are there praying, and many women who have had abortions have said if just one person had asked them to keep their baby they would have let the child live.
