SKI Ski is a sport that has a lot of versions alpine, Nordic, telemark, freestyle... I’m going to talk about alpine one that is the most common style

To start you need a pair of skis and the boots.

When you have them then you have to put a jacket and special trousers.

Learning. First you have to put your boots very tight to prevent ankle hurt. Then you have to put your boots on the ski fixations

Then you have to go down the mountain using a technique called ”ski-wedge” with this technique you have to put your skis as a house roof and you have to try to turn for no go very fast.

With that technique you can go to all the slopes but you have more risk to fall down.

For continue.

Once you do well with this technique you can start doing the correct technique. This one it consist in pun your gravity centre over your knees. Maybe if you do this you can be scare but with this position you have more control and you can turn without skid and if you don’t skid you don’t lose speed so you can go faster.

This is a good turn. This is the good position.

Once you have controlled this position you can start to try new styles like freestyle or freeride or if you don’t want to try this you can go to any slope and try to do it fast.

Also you can log on in a ski club of the ski resort you usually go and then do competition.
