This year the trade fair Food Specialities is celebrating its anniversary edition, being the trade fair for food professionals for 30 years. The trade fair will be held in Expo Houten on Monday 30 September and Tuesday 1 October from 13:00 to 22:00. This is a professional and contemporary exhibition that has expanded year after year and which is interesting as well as inspiring for both exhibitors and visitors.

The trade fair Food Specialities is ideal for both large and small exhibitors from The Netherlands and abroad, engaged in the sale of food specialities. In addition to realising sales, the exhibition is also suitable for making new contacts, promoting your business and to learn about new developments and products in this growing market.

Exhibitors Manufacturers, importers and wholesalers take part in the exhibition with the following product groups:• Dutch and foreign cheeses • Food specialities (nuts, dried fruits, (luxury) chocolate, cold meat, poultry,

bread and bakery products and more) • Coffee and tea • Wine and specialties in drinks • Gift items and packaging materials • Company clothing • Shop interior and lighting • Service providers in the field of franchise and purchasing organisations

Novelties New products, services and concepts of 2019 are immediately visible to all visitors at the entrance. The new products are an important part of the exhibition in the context of development and innovation. Approximately 50 new products compete for the title ‘Best Novelty’. NNKC-Cheese inspection This year two cheese inspections will be held during the exhibition. The Dutch National Cheese Inspection Contest (NNKC) annually attracts approximately 520 participants from the cheese industry and the retail trade. New this year is the Foreign Cheese Inspection Contest (BKKC) which will also be held during the exhibition. These cheese connoisseurs also pay a visit to the exhibition
