Automatic guest call logging is integrated into the system along
with automatic phone control and both are powerful standard
features of the system.
Callista CIRIS provides automatic management of your online
reservations from your channel manager directly into your
reservations pad while simultaneously managing all the changes
in your room availability around the clock — even while you
sleep. Guest confirmations are also emailed automatically.
Callista CIBI automatically and seamlessly transfers all guest
internet usage directly from your internet billing device onto
your checkout statements for integrated guest billing.

Callista Hospitality incorporates a suite of really useful operational,
financial and statistical reports to help you manage your property.
Reports can be auto-scheduled to run whenever you want so that
you don’t have to remember and they can be delivered
automatically via printer, email or in a number of different file
formats.
You can also design your own documents for reservation
confirmations and guest registrations and any other forms you
want such as guest surveys adding your creative touches to make
these your own.

We understand that you have to operate 24 hours-a-day so we
make sure our Support Service is alongside you nearly all the time.
Our Help Desk operates 24 hours-a-day Monday to Friday and 16
hours-a-day at the weekend. Access is instant via our Callista
Support Calling Card and if you have Callista Cover, this service is
free whenever you need support or system upgrades.
Callista Cover is provided as part of your system purchase and it’s
optionally renewable after the first year of system operation.
