JAGATH DISSANAYAKE – FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN Jagath is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA) and a Fellow Member of Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCMA). He carries over 30 years of Managerial Experience in the fields of Finance, Auditing, Administrative functions, Operations and Marketing. Most of the experience and exposure, consociated with him are overseas. He speaks of a broadened intellectual knowledge and capacity of multi-tasking due to the exposure he acquired while working in many of the prominent multi-national companies in overseas. He has served at KPMG Sri Lanka, Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse overseas. He has held several key Managerial Positions such as Group Finance Director/ CFO in several Listed and Group Companies in Sri Lanka as well as overseas relating to different industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Services etc. He has also served in the capacity of a Director of several companies in Europe, Southern Africa & South Asia. During his tenure, he has produced accurate, timely (meeting tight deadlines) reports & contributed towards the sustainable growth of the companies. His specialties include; Sales & profitability growth, Cash flow management, Treasury management, Cost efficiencies, Comprehensive budgeting & budgetary control, Debt reconstruction, Restructuring of group companies, Executive leadership, Strategic planning, Governance & compliance, Team management, Out-of-the-box financing solutions, Business operational skills and Negotiations skills.

NAYANI PERERA – DIRECTOR OPERATIONS Nayani is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA-UK), Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA-UK) and an MBA holder from ICFAI University - India.

She has over 13 years of experience in the field of Business Management and Management Accounting. Her strength lies in the BPO industry; where she has worked for more than 8 years. During her tenure in the BPO industry, she has worked for WNS Global services; a multinational BPO. At WNS she was attached to the UK's largest insurance provider in the Finance and Accounting vertical. During her stay at WNS, she was involved in managing business as usual (BAU) operations in General Leger (including entire month-end) Management for Life Insurance & General Insurance including Oracle migration projects. She is a people’s manager and a passionate leader who has directed her team members in achieving "Exceeding Expectations" ratings throughout from the UK client for BAU processes. She has spearheaded Finance & Accounting process migrations successfully from the UK to Colombo, Sri Lanka and Ireland to Colombo without any disruption. During her stay at WNS, receiving "Process Excellence" Award from a hard-hitting evaluation process conducted by the UK assessors is a milestone in her career path.

She is capable of building the operational acumen for start-up BPO companies and enabling the organisation for business continuing without any interruption. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a start-up BPO affiliated an industrial conglomerate in Sri Lanka, she has enabled the organisation to take up the next level of business challenge. She has also served as the COO at a Corporate Advisory firm and has held senior positions in the Tourism and Construction industry related organisations. In these organisations she has been playing a key role in developing the business strategy and driving the organisation in achieving operational excellence. She was involved and contributed in completing the first Unit Trust acquisition in Sri Lanka (Between a fund management company and a significant industry player in the Life Insurance field). She is entrepreneurial, detail oriented and passionate about providing great business solutions to customers.

AJITH PARANAVITANE- DIRECTOR IT & AI Ajith holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Science, Second Class Honours degree from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Finance Administration, 1st in the Order of Merit, and was awarded the prize for Business & Commercial Law & Prize for Excellence from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He also holds a Distinction Pass in Diploma in Computer Systems Design from the National Institute of Business Management Sri Lanka. He is a fellow member and Chartered IT Professional from the British Computer Society of United Kingdom. He has over 30 years of experience in the IT Industry; he started his career as a software engineer in 1983 before taking up IT manager position at Singer Sri Lanka, a multinational company in 1987. During his tenure he was responsible for setting up the IT division from inception, including that of the factories & Finance company. Thereafter he spent a year in the United States working as a senior consultant for a software and engineering firm before returning to Singer Sri Lanka as Deputy Director IT in 2000. Subsequently, he was promoted to Director IT in 2005. In September 2012, he was appointed as Head of Information Technology - Singer Asia, in order to manage the IT divisions in other Singer Asia locations. Consequently in May 2013, he was appointed as Vice President Information Services Singer Asia Limited. In November 2014, he was appointed to the Board of Singer (Sri Lanka) as an Alternate Director. Currently he is working as an independent IT Consultant. His skills & expertise include; Strategic Planning & Directions, Project Management, Implementation of ERP & Financial systems, Vendor Evaluation of Software & Hardware Solutions, Post implementation reviews of application systems & controls, Implementation of security policies and IT procedures, Call center management, User requirement consulting & Business process improvements, Analysis & design of Software systems, Planning & implementation of Hardware and Network solutions and Excellent multitasking skills in managing several critical projects simultaneously.

NANDUN WICKRAMASINGHE –DIRECTOR FINANCE Nadun is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA) and holds a BSc (Accounting) 1st class degree from University of Sri Jayawardenapura, Sri Lanka. He was awarded the 2nd place at G.C.E advance level (University entrance) in Sri Lanka. He was awarded the Cost & Management Accounting and Audit & Assurance during his professional career at Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka,1st in Order merit at Intermediate level at Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. After completing his professional career at Ernst & Young for 3 years, he moved to LTL Holdings Sri Lanka as Assistant Accountant where he had to overlook their Bangladesh operation. He was employed by Singer Sri Lanka a multinational company as an Accountant. Currently, he is employed by Sewko Holdings Limited & Singer Asia Limited, multinational holding Company as the Finance Director. He also holds the position as the Vice President at Retail Holdings N.V the ultimate holding company of Sewko Holdings Limited & Singer Asia Limited. He also serves as a Director of Retail holdings Asia BV in the Netherlands. During his professional career he has carried out financial reporting on monthly/annual basis including preparation of annual report incorporating intergraded accounting. His forte includes in-depth understanding of IFRS, contemporary financial reporting including US GAAP, group consolidation in multicurrency of financial accounting & budgeting.
