Insurance of Instruments. Subscribers are responsible for the value of a'ny telephone

Cancellation of T lephone ervices. A ~ubscriber whu de~ires to discontinue his service is

required to give at least one 111onth's notice in writing. A subscriber who chang s his address and fails to notify

the Departlnent within I week aft r leaving his former prclnises is liabl to a p nalty of £10.
