When we created AlphaCapita we worked hard on listening. Listening to what our clients

where saying. One of the things that we heard a lot was security of assets. We looked at

this long and hard and came up with the idea of segregated account management.

Firstly, making sure that our custodians hold all Accounts in the "Clients name" not

pooled accounts.

Secondly we looked at the business risk of AlphaCapita. We look to manage our clients

funds, we do not want to have clients cash or assets under our name. Meaning that we

have the right to make investment decisions on behalf our clients under our discretionary

mandate. However, we have no ability to transfer or remove funds

Our investment philosophies are simple and built on well-proven investment theories. We

invest with a long-term view – but also accept that the market requires short-term protec-

tion due to market volatilities.

We don't "try" to be transparent. We ”are” transparent, right from our investment process

to our fees. We don't accept any commissions or retrocessions. This “your side” of the

table approach allows us to use the best investments across the whole of the market with-

out prejudice and your performance won't be eroded by hidden charges.

We have a high focus on our asset allocation and rigorously examine the investments we

employ. We place our research via a mixture of technical analysis, Quantitative/

long term. Cash balances are reviewed regularly for re allocation back into the portfolio

AlphaCapita utilises the services of several large "brokerages" and custodian for settle-

ment and trading. AlphaCapita does not hold any cash or assets belonging to the client.

All Cash and Assets are held in the "client’s name" in a "segregated account" within the

custodian account. AlphaCapita has the ability to book client funds around the world

making us truly flexible.

All assets are clearly visible to the client via an online portal 24 hours a day. From here a

client can see all the information on the portfolio, including positions, assets, financial

statements, net asset value (NAV) etc.

Although we live an operate in the electronic world, we send a full performance record

out quarterly if the client so desires. All financial statements are made for your account-

ant.
