Into our 6th business years, the company seize an opportunity of a slow economy and incorporate our 1st subsidiary

company, determined to division out the logistics business from the holding company.

ALPS Holdings new entity was officially announced in April 2017 to prepare our business associates for the handover

of the logistics & shipping related business to our new subsidiary company, ALPS Global Logistics in June 2017.

In preparation to position our global presence, ALPS Holdings ensue its intention to have its new logo trademarked, which

makes it the 2nd intellectual property owned and strategized its 5 main business activities and tier them into; Properties &

Investment Management / Trading / E-Commerce & Product Brandings / Limousine Chauffeuring Services and last but not

least our Integrated Logistics & International Shipping that is handled by ALPS Global Logistics.

Going in line with Singapore moves towards a digitalized market, a higher budget was approved for marketing and brand-

ing. Tools such as Facebook marketing, Google SEO/SEM are explored and applied. As customizing & personalizing of ser-

vices & products becomes the new norms, the Company is exploring bolder creativity for our festive and corporate gifts

such as Mooncake boxes, Ang Pack sets.

In September 2017, the flexi-work arrangement was officially implemented and integrated as

part of the company welfare, both to retain existing staff as well as to attract potential talents.

The organisation understands the importance of a fair and progressive employment practices

Practice (TAFEF). The pledge to TAFEF is also to signal the intention and commitment to treat all

A SUV was registered with the Land Transport Authorities in early 2017 to better equip

our sales personnel to achieve their new targeted revenue during our annual budget

meeting. As part of the effort to create a publicity and branding for the organization,

SLK7239H was successfully bid in line with its predecessor, SJY7239H.

VIP clientele was invited to our Annual Dinner and Dance celebration to strengthen the

bonding between staff and customers during Chinese New Year 2018.

Moving forward, the company is in a discussion on partnerships for our E-Commerce

and Product branding business which is currently operating under the brand, EMERE.

The partnership of EMERE is expected to be incorporated by end 2018.

Our 3rd intellectual property EMERE would be due to be trademarked after the deci-

sion of partnership of our E-Commerce business due to be finalized by end 2018.
