Obtained today, but I gather it's been making the rounds among local officials in the potentially affected counties for some time now.This represents the opening PowerPoint in another NIMBY energy infrastructure fight that's now on the horizon in New York State.Whichever plan wins out during Round One will inevitably face local opposition. And only then, I suppose, will it be a story.
