DESCRIPCIONMAQUINALos generadores de la Se-rie AP son de tipo mono-fase, sin escobillas, de ele-vada confidabilidad de fun-ctionamiento y no tienendocolectores o contactosmóviles, no requierenmantenimiento.Los generadores AP estànconstruidos en conformi-dad a las directivas 98/37,73/23, 89/336 y sus modi-ficas, normas EN 60034-1,CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F.51.111.Las tapas son fundidas apresiòn en una aleaciòn dealuminio de alta resisten-cia, el eje en acero C45con ventilador acoplado.El grado de proteccìon esIP21 (a pedido es posiblerealizar un grado de pro-teccìon superior).Los aislantes son en claseH y los bobinados impre-gnados con resinas epoxi-dicas.La prodiccìon de serie sati-sface la normativa VDE0875 grado “N” y los requi-sitos esenciales de seguri-dad impuestos por la direc-tiva europea sobre la com-patibilidad electromagné-tica; la conformidad conesta ultima està garanti-zada por la aplicaciòn delas normas europeas EN50081-1 y EN 50082-1.Bajo pedido suministra-mos filtros para normativamàs restrictivas como laVDE 0875 grado “K”, MIL461E, etc..
ACLARACIONLos generadores de la se-rie AP responden a las di-rectivas CEE 98/37,73/23, 89/336 y a sus re-spectivas modificaciones;por lo tanto no se presen-tan peligros para el opera-dor, si instalados, usados ymantenidos segùn las in-struccionres dadas por laMecc Alte y con la condi-ciòn que los dispositivosde seguridad sean mante-nidos en una condición deperfecta eficiencia.
Por esta razòn es necesa-rio adecuarse a la perfec-ciòn a las instrucciònes in-dicadas en este manual.
A la entraga del generador,controlar junto con la fac-tura que no exisistan de-fectos o piezas faltantes;en caso contrario informarimmediatamente la em-presa de transportes, lacompañia de seguros, elrevendedor o la Mecc Alte.

Die Generatoren APsind in Uberinstimmung mitden Bestimmungen 98/37sowie mit 73/23 und89/336 und deren entspre-chenden Änderung, enund den Normen EN60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F. 51.111.Die Dedkel sind aus einemsehr widerstandsfähigenAluminiumdruckguß ange-fertigt, die Welle aus C45-Stahl mit aufgezogenemLüftterrad. Die Schutzk-lasse ist IP21 (auf Anfragekann auch eine hohereSchutzklasse realisiert wer-den). Die Isolierung entspri-cht der Klasse H, und dieWicklungen sind mit Epo-xidharz imprägniert.Die Serrienproduktion ent-spricht der BestimmungVDE 0875, Grad “N” undden wesentlichen Si-cherheitsanforderungen-der europäischen Richtili-nie hinsichtlich elektroma-gnetischer Kompatibilität;die Übereinstimmung mitdieser Richtlinie wird durchdie Anwerdung der eu-ropäischen Normen EN50081-1 und EN 50082-1gewährleistet. Bei ein-schränkenderen Vorschrif-ten wie VDE0875 Grad “K”,MIL 461E usw. liefern wirauf Anfrage Filter.
VORWORTDie Generatoren entspre-chen den EG-Bestim-mugen 98/37, 73/23,89/336 und deren entspre-chenden Änderungen; ausdiesem Grunde stellen siekeinerlei Gefahr für den Be-diener dar, sofern sie inÜbereinstimmung mit denvon Mecc Alte vorgeschrie-benen, installiert, verwen-det und gewartet werdenund unter der Bedingung,daß die Schutzvorrichtun-gen stets in einem vollfunktionstüchtigen Zustandgehalten werden.
Aus den oben gennantenGrunden ist es erforderlich,sich streng an die in die-sem Handbuch angegebe-nen Answeisungen zu hal-ten.
Bei Lieferung des Genera-tors ist anhand des Liefer-scheens dieser auf Schä-den, bzw. auf fehlendeTeile hin zu überprüfen; indiesem Falle sind der Spe-diteur, die Versicherung,der Wiederverkäufer oderMecc Alte umgehenddarüber zu informieren.

PREMESSAI generatori della serie APrispondono alle direttiveCEE 98/37, 73/23, 89/336e relative modifiche; per-tanto non presentano peri-coli per l’operatore, se in-stallati, usati, manutenutisecondo le istruzioni for-nite dalla Mecc Alte e acondizione che i dispositividi sicurezza siano tenuti inperfetta efficienza.
Per questa ragione oc-corre attenersi scrupolosa-mente alle istruzioni indi-cate in questo manuale.
Alla consegna del genera-tore controllare con la bolladi accompagnamento chenon ci siano danni o partimancanti; nel caso infor-mare immediatamente lospedizioniere, l’assicura-zione, il rivenditore o laMecc Alte.
DESCRIPTIONDE LA MACHINELes alternateurs de la Se-rie AP sont monophasés,sans balais. Ces machi-nens ne demandent au-cun entretien particulier.Les alternateurs AP sontconstruits en conformitéaux directives 98/37,73/23, 89/336 et leurs mo-difications, aux normesEN 60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, N.F. 51.111.Les flasques sont en alu-minium coulé à haute resi-stance, l’arbre est en acierC45 avec ventilateur blo-qué par vis.Le grade de protection estIP21 (sur demande, il estpossible de réaliser ungrade de protection supé-rieure).Les isolant sont de classeH, et les bobinages sontimpregnées à resinesepoxy.La production en série estconforme à la norme VDE0875 degré “N” et aux con-ditions essentielles requi-ses de sécurité imposéespar la directive euro-péenne sur la compatibilitéélectromagnétique; la con-formité à cette derniére estgarantie par l’applicationdes normes européenneEN 50081-1 et EN50082-1. Toutefois, ils neprésentent aucun dangerpour l’utilisateur si l’installa-tion, l’utilisation, les manu-tentions suivent les in-structions fournies parMecc Alte et à conditionque les dispositifs de pro-tection soient tenus enparfait état de marche.
Pour cette raison, il faut seconformer scrupuleuse-ment aux instructions indi-quées dans ce manuel.
A la livraison de l’alterna-teur, contrôler avec le bonde livraison qu’il n’y a au-cun dommage ou de pié-ces manquantes; si c’estle cas, informer immédia-tement l’expéditeur, l’assu-reur, le revendeur ou MeccAlte.
MACHINEDESCRIPTIONAP Series alternators aresingle phase brushlessunits. These units do notrequire maintenance sincethey do not have slip ringsnor slipping contacts.AP alternators are made incompliance with the98/37, 73/23, 89/336 di-rectives and their amend-ments, and the EN 60034-1, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530, BS 4999-5000, N.F.51.111 regulations.The end brackets are die-cast in high resistance allu-minum alloy, the shaft is inC45 steel and it has a fanfastened with screws.The mechanical protectionlevel meets standard IP21(upon request higher le-vels of protection can besupplied).The insulation is class Hand the windings are im-pregnated with epoxy re-sins.The standard generatorscomply with the specifica-tion VDE 0875 degree “N”and with the basic safetyrequirements of the Euro-pean regulation on electro-magnetic compatibility; byapplying the Europeanstandards EN 50081-1and EN 50082-1 we com-ply with the above mentio-ned regulation.On request we can supplyfiltres for more restrictivespecifications such asVDE 0875, degree “K”,MIL 461E, etc..

Therefore a strict obser-vance of these instructionsis required.
When the alternator is deli-vered, check that unit con-forms with the deliverynote and ensure that thereare no damaged or defec-tive parts; should there beany, please inform theforwarding agent, the insu-rance company, the selleror Mecc Alte immediately.

Montare la flangia sul motorefissandola con le appositeviti M8 applicando una cop-pia di serraggio di 21 ± 7%Nm (fig.1).
Fissare il corpo macchinasulla flangia con le appositeviti M6 applicando una cop-pia di serraggio pari a 10 ±7% Nm (fig. 2).
Inserire il tirante centralenella sua sede (fig. 3).
Bloccare il tirante centraleapplicando sul dado M8 unacoppia di serraggio pari a 21± 7% Nm; chiudere il forosulla cuffia con l’appositotappo (fig. 4).
ACOPLAMIENTOMECANICO
Montar la brida sobre el motorsujetàndola con sus tornillosM8 y aplicando un par de tor-que de 21 ± 7% Nm (fig.1).
Fijar el cuerpo de la màquina ala brida con los tornillos M6 yaplicando un par de torque de10 ± 7% Nm (fig. 2).
Introducir el tirante central ensu lugar (fig. 3).
Isujete el tirante central apli-cando en la tuerca M8 un parde torque de 21 ± 7% Nm;cerrar el orificio de la tapa conel tapón respectivo (fig. 4).
ACCOUPLEMENTMECANIQUE
Monter le flasque sur le mo-teur en le fixant avec les visprévus M8 en appliquant uncouple de serrage de 21 ± 7%Nm (fig. 1 ).
Fixer le corps de la machineau flasque avec les vis M6 enappliquant un couple de ser-rage de 10 ± 7% Nm (fig. 2).
Enfiler le tirante central dansson logement (fig. 3).
Bloquer la tige centrale en ap-pliquant un couple de serragede 21 ± 7% Nm et fermer letrou du couvercle avec le bou-chon approprié (fig. 4).
