EPA has selected the City of Chattanooga for a $200,000 community-wide brownfields assessment grant.

Three Year Project: October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2009.

Completed the potential Brownfields inventory.

We had three public meetings and four Advisory Committee meetings.

Eight sites were selected. Hired a consultant firm for the assessments. Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

were performed on these eight sites.
