Aluminium of Kazakhstan LLP with its brand “Hoffmann аluminium” is a

leading company, specialized in extrusion of aluminum profiles in Kazakhstan.

The company pursues a policy of technical armament and modernization aimed at

achieving world standards of productivity and quality of products, which guarantees

to our customers the accuracy and stability of the characteristics, reliability and

durability of the finished products.

Casting Line & Homogenization

Produces cylindrical billets with a diameter of 152 mm and 203 mm., using semi-continuous method from the aluminum alloys AA 6060, AA 6063 and AA 6463.

Technological process:• melting of aluminum ingots• formation of the necessary alloy• casting of cylindrical workpieces• homogenization of the structure of

cylindrical workpieces

Homogenization –a technological process performed over a two or multiphase system,

during which the degree of heterogeneity in the distribution of chemical substances and phases in

the volume of the hetero-phase system decreases

Pressing Line (1350 t per month)

Produces profiles of a complex cross-section for machinery-construction and general use by extrusion of alloys with marks of AA 6060, AA 6063 and AA 6463.

The line is equipped with:• two extrusion lines (based on press

with 8” 2400 UST force and press with6” 1540 UST force)

• furnace for aging aluminum profiles

PAINTING LINE (400 t per month)

Produces a whole range of colored inks forboth external use of the interior and variousdegrees of gloss (gloss, satin, mat) and surfaceappearance (smooth, moire and shagreen)

Anodizing line (800 t per month)

The line consists of 26 baths with the capacity of

800 t per month – 9,600 t per year.

The length of bath 7,500 mm, the height of the

bath is 2,400 mm.

The width of the bath varies depending on the

process.

Stages of anodizing

• preparation, through which the aluminum

profile is controlled;

• preprocessing of the profile

• anodizing & finishing

- packing of finished anodized profile

The protective film is used to protect against scratches, dust during the procession, transportation and installation of finished products

Quality Control

In order to ensure the high quality of the products, an advanced laboratory was set up in the plant.

Being an integral part of the integrated quality control system, it provides control over the incoming raw materials and additives, and the entire technological process for the production of alloys as well as finished products.

The research is conducted by the highly qualified specialists who have extensive experience in the analytical and research work.

Standards

GOST 4784 - this standard applies toaluminum and deformable aluminumalloys intended for the manufacture ofsemi-finished products (ribbons in rolls,sheets, discs, plates, strips, bars,profiles, tires, pipes, wires, forgings andstamped forgings) cold deformation, aswell as slabs and ingots.

ISO 9001 is an international standard whose purpose is to establish a set of rules, the fulfillment of which gives assurance that the supplier organization provides you with products or services that meet your needs and expectations that meet the legal requirements.

GOST 15176-89 - this standard applies to extruded tires made of aluminum and aluminum alloys intended for the needs of the national economy and for export.
