T-Bolts solve the problem of fastening shop made jigs and feather boards to machine fenc-es with T-Tracks. The special T-shaped head slides directly into the track from the end allowing you to position it anywhere along the length of the track.

The large contact area of the T-head spreads the clamping pressure over a large area vir-tually eliminating the possibility of damaging the inside of alumi-num tracks.

All of our T-Bolts, regardless of diameter or length, are threaded completely, have the same head size and are zinc plated to inhibit rust.

This style of T-Nut has been common to the woodworker since the invention of T-Track.

NOTE: recent years has seen the development of T-Tracks that accept the head of standard 1/4” hex head bolts (7/16” across the flat). This nut will not fit those tracks. TIP: do not over-tighten fasteners on these new tracks because the con-tact area of a hex head is very small.

T-Nuts provide a simple yet strong means to attach feather boards and jigs to aluminum extruded T-Tracks found on many power tool table and fence systems.

Their 3/4” length distributes the clamp-ing force over a longer area preventing damage inside the aluminum track.

They accept standard 1/4-20 fasteners available at your local hardware store.

We recommend these T-Nuts and their matching T-Track for this very reason. On those occasions where a nut and bolt arrangement like this is not so handy, we offer damage-preventing T-Bolts.

We stock 2 shank lengths for your convenience when designing jigs and fixtures.
