55 chapters participated in community service projects in 2010-2011• 5 chapters held their first community service event• Increase of 25% in number of service projects from 101 to 125

Goal for 2011-2012 is to have each chapter participate in a community service project at least once during the year.

Objective: To keep the Hokie Nation connected. Encourage engagement and networking of Virginia Tech Alumni. Inform alumni about the programs and services that the Alumni Association offers, as well as programs offered by the university. Through the Hokie Nation Network (HNN), allow members to search job opportunities, post resumes, and receive career advice within a secure network.

Goal: To reach 18,000 registered Hokie Nation Network members by June 30, 2012. An HNN contest will help increase member registration. An iPad will be offered to the contest winner.
