Attachment A, hereto lists the employees of Robertson Tank Lines fromthe time it began conducting business until the end of calendar year1966. Attachment B hereto is an example of the written survey form withattachments to which each employee listed in Attachment A responded.Attachment C hereto includes the signed negative response of eachemployee listed in Attachment A.
