Non LJMU students

None LJMU students can join your society and we recommend you charge them the same amount as regular members, however please be aware that only LJMU members can compete for you in BUCS competitions.

Sponsorship

All sponsorship agreements need to be signed and approved by the Vice President (Activities) before you commit to anything. Sponsorship must fit with the union’s vision and values and equal opportunities policy and must not breach our media advertising contract with NUS or BAM. We’re always happy to help societies find sponsorship and make sure you get a good deal, so let us know what you’re planning.

Finance

On approval you automatically get a club/society account at the Student Union. All of your Club/Society income and expenditure must be accounted for through your account at the Student Union. You cannot have an external bank Account for your club/society.
