MISSION STATEMENT
Amber Panels and Enclosures Ltd are a family run company located in Kirkby in Ashfield in Nottinghamshire. We are only a short distance away from Junction 26 of the M1 in the East Midlands which gives us a great advantage logistically.
Since Amber Panels was formed in July 2016 we have grown considerably in the market place in which we operate. We are now one of the leading manufacturers of steel control panels and metal work designs in the UK. Our newly transformed factory set up uniquely for panel fabrication has enabled us to turnaround orders in a quick and efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest quality standard products at very competitive prices.
We are a small diligent team of 10 that combined has over 50 years experiences in the panel industry.
We understand in this industry that quality and lead times are critical and with the majority of our processes being managed in-house it helps us to achieve that consistently.
Our aim is to consistently provide our customers with high quality products and an excellent all round service at competitive prices that can’t be beaten.

Amber Panels has a wealth of both knowledge and experience in the panel building industry manufacturing all types of different panels, such as mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel in all sorts of different styles and sizes to suit your requirements.
Quality in our work is something that we take very seriously; we have various QC procedures in place that ensure that every order the leaves our factory is done to the best of our ability. This is one factor that enables us to provide the best quality panels in the market today.

Amber Panels manufacture a vast variety of custom made mild steel kiosks to suit customer specifications. All our kiosks are manufactured by experienced professional engineers that have been manufacturing panels for a number of years. Our precision and attention to detail produces top quality products and at our prices you can’t go wrong!

MILD STEEL KIOSKS
Every kiosk is made out of 1.5mm mild steel and is cut using the latest laser technology, they are then press formed and built up as a complete welded constructions.
Once thoroughly QC checked after fabrication and prior to powder coating they are pre-treated with an etch prima which gives each kiosk a longer life span and protects them against wreathing outdoors.
Our kiosks are then powder-coa-ted as we believe this is the best way to prevent wreathing out-doors. As standard our kiosks are painted in a Textured 6005 finish which gives a great end finish to the product. (Paint thickness is 70-100 microns thick).
Again once thoroughly QC checked the kiosks are then fully assembled, final QC checked and then wrapped up using bubble wrap and shrink wrap (Cardboard also if couriered) ready for dispatching to you.
All our kiosks are manufactured in accordance with the IP55 specification and have an estimated life expectancy of over 25 years outdoors with the materials we use and the way we manufacture them.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Mild steel kiosk 1250mm x 750mm x 400mm ID single door
This is one of our biggest selling products and most popular. Typically this product is used to house all sorts of high voltage electrical gear and pumping equipment.
As standard each kiosk is built including the below features:
2 x Chrome 7mm Tri Locks supplied with 1 x 7mm Tri Lock Key. 1 x 1080 x 700mm Treated Plywood Backboard (To protect against corrosion) to mount equipment. 2 x Lifting lugs for lifting the cabinet if necessary, they are fitting with 1 x M16 X 40 chrome hex head bolt on each lug. 4 x Louver vents 2 on either side for air flow purposes. 4 x Fixing Holes at the bottom of the kiosk to fix to the ground if necessary. 3 x Earthing points using M6 x 16 Copper Earth Studs 1 at the bottom of the kiosk and 2 on the inside of the canopy. 1 x Galvanised Door Stay, the kiosk can open up to 95 degrees and opens right to left. 2 x Internal Chrome Hinges for the door on the left hand side. 6005 Textured Paint Finish.
SINGLE DOOR KIOSK
This is another one of our biggest selling products and most popular. Typically this product is used to house all sorts of high voltage electrical gear and pumping equipment.

Amber Panels also have theability to manufacture custom made quality stainless steel panels; we use all state of the art tech-nology and equipment in order to produce high quality finished products.
We manufacture stainless steel in all sorts of sizes from small control boxes to large sectional panels and can design panels to suit individual requirements.

Over the past couple of years we have done a lot of big stainless steel contracts indirectly for large companies such as Severn Trent Water, Network Rail and the London Underground.
Our team has a great understanding and technical ability to produce stainless steel panels of the highest standard and we take great pride in our results.
Like our mild steel panels we can offer speedy turnaround on stainless steel panels at extremely competitive prices.

Amber offers a variety of different styles of panels from wall mounted to floor standing to basic control boxes.
Our team has a wealth of experience in producing all types of different panels from as small as 500mm x 500mm x 250mm control boxes to 2M x 1.5M x 500mm sectional floor standing panels.
We can manufacture panels in any RAL colour to suit your specific requirements. In addition you can specify as many compartments and cut outs as required.
We build a lot of panels that go indirectly to a lot of major water authorities such as Severn Trent Water, Anglian Water, Welsh Water and Thames Water. We have gained a good reputation for the quality we can provide over the last few years.

All our panels are laser cut so any cut outs on a panel will be pin point accurate and look very neat.
All our panels are built to the IP54 specification in which we are certified for.The majority of our panels have the following features as standard; howe-ver, we can build them to any specifications required:
5-8 Compartments.Doors Stays.Chrome/Black Hinges.2 Locks one lockable and one non lockable for each compartment.White Gear Plates or Galvanised Gear Plates for each compartment. White Gland Plates or Galvanised.M6 x 16 – M6 X 25 Earthing Studs on each door and in each compartment.Grey Adhesive Rubber seal for each door.7035 Textured Paint Finish (Various options available).
