COMPANY PROFILE
Introduction
Changing infrastructure priorities, creating new infrastructures, emerging
technologies, ongoing market reforms, aging systems, new political mandates and
uncertain economic conditions make managing an efficient and sustainable

Ajere Management Consulting Group, LLC (AMC Group) provides
Information Technology Consulting services to help clients solve business and
operational problems throughout the entire business and infrastructure development cycle and set

Our History and Background
AMC Group is a premier California and Los Angeles small business specializing in
Information Technology Consulting services, operating out of Arcadia, CA. This Limited
Liability Company is a minority owned business that was established in October 2002.
Currently, AMC is certified as California State & Los Angeles County Small Business Enterprise
and Minority Business Enterprise; Port Authority and MTA Disadvantaged Small Business
Enterprise; and Southern California Business Development Council Small Business Member.
The management team of the Company is comprised of former "Big Four" Accounting
Firms (Deloitte, PricewaterHouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG) consulting partners, senior
IT management executives, and hands-on senior technical consultants with a combined expertise
of more than 100 years of extensive hands-on and demonstrated experience in Information
Technology Consulting Services and IT Staff Augmentation services. We employ proven best
practices, real thought leadership, and devoted senior management consulting talent to work with
our Primes and clients and help IT leaders make distinctive, lasting
and substantial improvement to the performance of their organization.

Bola Ajere is the President & CEO of the AMC Consulting Group, a
management and technology consulting company based in Los Angeles,
California, specializing in Information Technology, Information Security;
Information Technology Audit; Change Management, Business Continuity;
and Middle Ware consulting services. His clients include; Directv, Bank of
America, IBM, Farmers Insurance, Country-Wide, State Farm Insurance and
World Disney.
He is also the President & CEO of the Sierra Madre Group, an Intellectual
Property Management and manufacturing company. His clients include 3M, Tyco, AC Delco,
DuPont and Norton.

Recently, he founded the AMC Online Media Services Company, a professional online
interactive media company based in Los Angeles, California, that provides regulatory interactive
measurement compliance services to Ad servers and online publishing companies in the areas of
Click Measurement, Ad Impressions, Rich Media and Audience Reach Measurement for
companies such as Google, Yahoo, MSM, CNET and others in the online media space.
Prior to AMC, Bola was the Chairman and CEO of the New Media Venture Partners, a
holding company with seven subsidiaries worldwide. He was responsible for the acquisition,
merger and sale of a number of company assets as well as the management of the company’s
operations.
Bola was a senior partner with Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, where he was the
partner in charge of the Enterprise Risk Management practice. He participated in client board
and audit committee meetings in different leverage transactions and assisted executives in
various Change Management transition processes. He was responsible for the development and
growth of the business units which included Information Security Services, Information
Technology Audit, M&A Due Diligence services, ERP Support Services and various Value
Added services.
He has also held senior management consulting positions with Ernst & Young,
Pricewaterhouse Cooper and IBM in England, New York, Holland, Saudi Arabia and Japan.
Bola is a member of several non-for-profit boards.
Bola graduated from University of Kent at Canterbury, England with a Master degree in
Accounting and Computer science and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
Bob Pacek is the COO of AMC Group and founding member of Sierra Madre
Marketing Group and AMC Online Media Services.

Reelz Channel, Inc, a new cable and satellite delivered television channel and
associated Web Site dedicated to movies. Led the effort to establish the initial IT
infrastructure needed in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and New York.
The Sierra Madre Marketing Group (SMMG), Arcadia, CA Bob served as the initial
President of this start up Intellectual Property Company. SMMG holds several Engineering
Patents and is fielding a family of new foam based abrasive products called SANDfoam ™.
AMC Group. He provided marketing and new product development support as a Senior
Advisor to this IT audit/consulting services.

1999-2005 DIRECTV, Incorporated El Segundo CA
Directv is the nation’s leading and fastest-growing digital multichannel television service
provider with more than 16 million customers and over $10 billion in annual revenue.
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Re-engineered systems
development and technical architecture supporting all sales channels, marketing, customer
services businesses including provisioning, billing, customer support, sales/customer
analytics, financial and supply chain systems. He managed an employee and support vendor
staff of over 600, a $250 million operating budget, and $100 million capital budget.
Significant accomplishments include:
Led effort to re-architect a complicated “point to point” custom solution IT
environment to create an efficient tiered and integrated environment based on
packaged solutions and strategic enterprise needs.
Reorganized and re-skilled the IT department to reflect the new architecture.
Partnered with key vendors to develop and implement “next generation” agile
enterprise business solutions – including billing, customer management, eCommerce,
marketing, commissions, royalties, finance, human resource, and reporting.
Controlled overall IT costs by aggressively consolidating and renegotiating strategic
vendor contracts,
Streamlining the technical architecture based on standards and reducing dependency
on consulting services.
Developed strong governance and internal risk management organization and toolset

1995-1999 United States Satellite Broadcasting, Incorporated (USSB), St. Paul, MN
One of two initial providers of Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) television entertainment
programming based on digital satellite broadcasting technology currently serving over two
million subscribers nationwide. Estimated 1999 revenues are in excess of $600M.
Senior Vice President, Information Services and Customer Care One of five SVP’s
making up USSB’s Senior Executive Team. Responsible for infrastructure services; billing
and customer care systems; commissions and dealer management systems; reporting,
analysis and decision support for finance and marketing; inbound customer care (1,000,000
calls/month); and, outbound direct marketing operations (600,000 calls/month). He was
responsible for a Fiscal Year 1999 budget in excess of $75M. Significant accomplishments
include:
Developed the requirements for, staffed and established the information services
department at USSB during the business startup phase. This included the
development of new mission critical systems for dealer commissions and account
management, marketing campaign management, financial reporting and the creation
of a data warehouse based on detailed customer transaction information tailored to
support decision making in all departments.
Led an 18-month enterprise wide effort to identify “next generation” billing and
subscriber management system requirements; surveyed industry alternatives for
meeting them; developed a “best fit” architecture; negotiated required contracts;

managed all development, conversion and implementation efforts. Contract signed
with billing systems “winner” in October 1998. Call center contracts and front-end
application definition completed by January 1999. Conversion to new SMS
environment planned for fall 1999. Total five-year value of all contracts involved in

1992-1995 ADVANCE, Incorporated, Arlington, VA
ADVANCE is a small information technology consulting and integration services firm
specializing in networking, imaging and software development with 1995 revenues of $30M.
Vice President for Operation, He is one of three members of the Corporate Executive
Team. Responsible for the fulfillment execution of all ongoing client services – government
and commercial; for management of several strategic client relationships; and for supporting
business development activities;
Responsible for more than $60M in network integration, groupware, executive
information system, imaging, and telecommunications projects. This included
significant initial commercial contracts with MBNA Bank, Unisys and USSB, as well
as multi-year government contracts with the Defense Information Support Agency
and the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation
Program Manager for a four-year, $50M-contract supporting the 5000+ Node
Defense Information System Agency Network. P&L responsibility for over 50
projects involving local and wide area network administration, operation and
expansion (hardware, software and communications) services and procurement
support for networks serving over 8000 users
Established a corporate Operations Division to manage all aspects of Advance
performance on approved projects as well as providing technical support to business
development efforts.
1989-1992 the United States Joint Military Staff, Washington, DC
The 1600 person Staff supporting the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Service
Chief, Joint Exercise and Training Division Principal planner for exercise and training
including Program Manager responsibility for $400M Annual Joint Exercise Program
comprising over 100 annual Joint Staff or Combatant Commander sponsored exercises: live,
simulated, command post, computer-assisted and hybrid. He guided the establishment of a
field activity, The Joint Warfare Center, as the center of excellence for the use of computer
simulations in joint training.
1987-1989 USS HALSEY (CG-23), San Diego, CA
Long Range Missile Cruiser assigned to US Pacific Fleet
Commanding Officer Developed a tailored training program to modify "Hot War" tactics,
techniques and procedures for the peacetime engagement environment of the Persian Gulf.
He defined the role of the Air Warfare Commander for Joint Task Force Middle East. He
launched project to identify methods of reducing administrative workload. He achieved
threefold increase in productivity through functional integration and the introduction of

automation technologies such as PC networking and optical-storage based document
management systems.
1986-1987 Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Washington, DC
Deputy Director for Information Systems Developed strategy for implementing
Information Resources Management aspects of Goldwater-Nichols Defense Reorganization
Act of 1986 which integrated USMC and USN activities for policy and separated program
execution at the Service level. He chaired the Navy Paperless Ship Working Group which
explored the use of technologies such as CD-ROM and WORM in shipboard environment.

Leo Peay is a Senior Information Technology leader with the AMC Group,
who has over 20 years of information systems and services experience. He
has demonstrated skills in strategic and tactical leadership across most
information technology disciplines including systems architecture, IT
processes, systems management, project/service portfolio management,
application development, computing center operations, global voice/data
networks, eCommerce infrastructure, information security, and regulatory
compliance. His key strengths include building relationships with partners
and clients, out of the box thinking, pragmatic execution of strategy, implementing
measurable IT services and processes, and hiring and retaining high performance personnel.
Prior to joining the AMC Group, Leo's experiences included the following:
June 2006 to June 2008 Experian Inc. Costa Mesa, CA
Vice President Technology Responsibilities included global technology strategy, business
technology consulting, technical due diligence for Merger and Acquisitions (M&A), and
being the lead technologist on the Experian innovation council. Highlights include:
Global Technology Strategy – Worked closely with Experian business executive,
business unit technologists, and all levels of personnel to align IT technology strategy
and investments to meet Experian business objectives. Led, coordinated, and directly
contributed to the technology roadmaps across all technology domains and sub-
domains. The major domains included Applications, Servers/Operating Systems,
Security, Networks, Database, Storage, Systems Management, and IT Processes.
Results included significant savings achieved by negotiating/leveraging enterprise
contracts, improved collaboration and alignment across autonomous/globally

distributed IT organizations, and the implementation of a new enterprise collaboration
system that hosts documentation and online communities.
Business & Technology Liaison – Consulted to most Experian business lines and
corporate functions to apply technology to business needs. Leveraged experience
with all IT delivery teams and Experian product developers to help take business
needs from concept to tactical plan to implementation. This role often included the
investigation and use cases for new technology, developing and getting approval on
business cases, negotiating contracts, and providing detail technical review and input
for strategic projects. Accomplishments include the business case approvals,
selection, and initiation of projects for a new anomaly detection system and a new
risk management system.
Mergers & Acquisitions - Senior technologist on many of acquisitions made by
Experian over the last six years. Over this period, led the development of the
Experian technical due diligence program for North America leveraging banking
industry, COBIT, SAS 70, and ITIL practices. Direct participation in recent
acquisitions included the $1.2B purchase of Serasa Inc. of Brazil and $100M
purchase of Hitwise Inc of Australia. Post-acquisition I led and/or supported the
technical integration of the new businesses into Experian.
Innovation Program –Senior IT member on an enterprise council composed of the top
marketing and product development leaders from all Experian business lines. Known
for “out of the box” thinking and was a regular contributor to many of initiatives.
Together, this team set up the foundation innovation processes at Experian including
global trends identification, ongoing cross business unit product
ideation, investment prioritization, product development portfolio
management, and innovation metrics. Overarching result was year
over year increase in organic growth and return from new products.
Information Security – Technical executive on the steering group for Experian’s
Information Security program. A key contributor for setting directions, guiding
investments, negotiating contracts, and supporting the successful completion of over
27 security projects. Security projects included the implementation of a new
enterprise wide secure messaging system leveraging a Public Key Infrastructure
(PKI) service, a new Security Operations Center, an enterprise wide Full Disk
Encryption (FDE) system, and replaced tape exchanges with secure bulk file transfer
services with clients. Some of these projects were initiated during my functional
management role as VP of SI&A.
June 2000 – May 2006 Experian Inc. Costa Mesa, CA
Vice President Systems Integration and Architecture (SI&A); reporting to Experian
America’s CIO, led 180 technical staff members based in multiple locations across the
United States. The services provided by SI&A support many thousands of Experian clients
and the majority of employees across Experian North America business units.
Responsibilities included Experian America’s infrastructure of networks, security systems,
web applications, Internet infrastructure, architecture planning, and contact centers. For

many years, he successfully managed an annual budget exceeding $40M and implementing
new systems improving service levels while reducing operational costs to Experian and
mitigating security threats. Highlights during this time include:
eCommerce Infrastructure – Led the design, implementation, and operation of the
Experian eCommerce infrastructure for Experian.com.
Overhauled Experian’s web presence from a single sun computer hosting a
domain name to a high availability n-tier infrastructure that now supports over
$13M in monthly revenue. This infrastructure includes:
development/staging/production environments consisting of web/application
servers, database servers, security, and network systems.
Established technical support teams to complement newly implemented
development/operational support processes. These processes included new
operational readiness and Quality Assurance processes for all TCP/IP based
products.
Initiated and implemented new processes to secure products using 3rd party
application security assessment based on Open Web Application Security
Project (OWASP) standards. Vendor systems used include BEA, SUN, Cisco,
Microsoft, HP, RSA, Wyle, OneSight, Keynote, Webtrends, and many others.
Application Development and Process Automation – Established a Java development
and business process automation skill center to complement our internal and external
web application hosting services. These teams worked with business line product
development teams to infuse expertise, leverage the capabilities of the hosting
infrastructure, tune product performance, and build shared components used across
product lines. The team was instrumental in building and maintaining the
authentication and authorization system components that were used across thirteen
different revenue generating products. Internal business processes were developed
using both Microsoft and Webmethods infrastructures for forms and process flow
automation.
Telecommunications – Responsible for the voice and data networks of Experian
North America.
Managed and regularly re-negotiated some of the largest vendor service
contracts within Experian for significant year over year savings.
Drove the migration from dedicated and expensive data network connections
to virtual networks using TCP/IP protocols.
Overhauled the infrastructure of traditional PBX and voicemail systems to
use VoIP based services across internal networks. Service vendors included
ATT, Verizon, and many regional telecommunication providers prior to
industry consolidation.
Implemented new Cisco and Aspect based contact center technologies.
Information Security – Led the technical and administrative teams responsible for
most aspects of information security within Experian North America. Services
included traditional perimeter security systems using firewall and intrusion,
detection/prevention technologies to desktop virus protection to identity management

infrastructures, processes, and security administration personnel. Highlights
included:
Mitigation of the highest risk security threats
Building an Internet scale web single sign on system for client facing products
Initiating a secure messaging system leveraging an enterprise Public Key
Infrastructure (PKI) infrastructure
Operating a highly effective internal anti-virus program that avoided business
impact through all major virus/worm outbreaks.
Worked closely with Experian Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance
teams to insure that Experian business was compliant with Gramm-Leach-
Bliley (GLB) Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA), and
multitudes of financial client compliance requirements.
IT Operations & Service Management – Led the teams responsible for much of the
computing services used by Experian employees. Computing services included
support of over 4,000 desktop systems, 400 Windows servers, over 30 call centers,
and desktop applications including web hosting, electronic mail, and desktop software
distribution. New services rolled out included enterprise wide remote virtual private
network access, enterprise anti-virus services, blackberry enterprise services, and an
enterprise wide Active Directory. Highlights included:
Year over year improvement in service levels while reducing costs and
integrating new IT organizations. Service management philosophy was a
pragmatic implementation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library
(ITIL) service management practices.
All personnel were held accountable for key performance indicators for the
services they supported. Service levels were regularly benchmarked against
external providers including a full-fledged competitive bid for outsourcing to
IBM or EDS. Service requests and workloads were measured and reviewed
as part of weekly management regimen.
Enterprise Architecture and Business Relationship Management - Developed and
maintained IT investment roadmaps based on Gartner architecture models to make
strategic investment decisions during Experian financial planning cycles.
Implemented a business relationship team and associated process of regularly
reviewing IT investments, business unit workload, and IT service level metrics with
business unit leaders.
Organizational Development – Successful leading, development, and recruitment of a
very talented technical team of managers and performers. An enviable organization
was created in which people are competing to join. A low voluntary attrition of
personnel was maintained, while consolidating multiple independent IT organizations
and culling out low performers. Focus was on constant improvement of people,
processes, services, and technologies.

Director Architecture, responsible for technology strategy, insertion of new technology,
and the lead technical liaison to Experian business leaders and technologists. Highlights of
this period included:
Establishment of the first Experian portfolio management organization (PMO) vital
for budget management and architectural direction, initial business case approval and
technical framework for Experian eCommerce investments, and the framework for an
IT service catalog inside Experian.
Jan 1991 – June 1999 TRW Inc. Redondo Beach, CA
Manager of Network Services, TRW Space and Electronics Group (S&EG) directly
responsible for planning and operating S&EG and Corporate, including TRW Automotive
businesses, network systems with a dual reporting role to the S&EG Director of IT and the
Director of Communications for TRW Inc. Led a staff of over 110 individuals that provided
engineering and operational support for global voice and data networks, Internet/Intranet
services, web development, internal systems management application development, network
control center, help desk, and distributed systems (Unix & NT) operations. Successfully met
planned expense budgets and multiple service center rates. The 1998 operating budget was
over $14 million with an additional capital budget of over $7million dollars. Excellent
history of hiring and retaining quality employees that helped the organization establish a high
degree of accomplishment and respect across TRW. Highlights during period included:
Implemented a global backbone network to support the roll out of SAP to all TRW
Automotive business units around the world. Worked closely with automotive
business line leaders, manufacturing plant managers, and the corporate SAP
development team to insure infrastructure services would support critical
manufacturing processes.
Leveraged internal skill centers, and negotiated regional and global service provider
contracts to build a global backbone network.
Appointed TRW representative to the initial automotive industry team that
established the Automotive Network eXchange (ANX). Worked closely with
representatives from General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler to draft standards and
negotiate with service providers to meet the standards that would establish a value
added network that became the preferred method for all suppliers to communicate
with the big three Detroit automakers.
Led the team that implemented the first Internet presence for TRW Inc., The TRW
Credit Business, which later became Experian, the business unit driving for this
commercial Internet service.
Leveraged board role in the Los Nettos regional network to establish a cost effective
high speed / high reliability Internet presence. Our teams provided web programming
and Internet infrastructure for the TRW Credit business line.

Systems engineer and team leader providing design, implementation, and operational
support for a large variety of computer and data communications systems.
Implemented the first Ethernet and 802.3 based wide area network based capabilities
at TRW. Initially started for the Space & Defense sector in Redondo Beach and then
expanded globally due to cost efficiency and quality service levels provided across
business units.
Responsible for project coordination, budgetary justifications, and reviews with
