kimberly pecoraro Former EVP of

leading clinical skincare brand, Peter Thomas

Roth, Kimberly was a pioneer in the now popular

clinical skincare/doctor brand category. Over

a ten-year period, she launched that brand in

key U.S. and international doors including

Bloomingdale’s, Sephora, Saks Fifth Avenue,

Bergdorf Goodman, C.O. Bigelow, Fred Segal,

Bliss Out Catalog and Space NK. She was

also instrumental in the successful launch of

the company’s second brand June Jacobs Spa

Collection. Under Kimberly’s tutelage, the

company grew from 5 to over 100 employees.

After being such an integral part of the rise of this

category for women, Kimberly sought to pioneer

another new clinical segment targeted for men,

Amenity LLC Clinical Grooming™.

lisa lehan Getting her start at Revlon, Lisa

has extensive experience in product development,

packaging and operations. She has launched top

selling SKU’s in the mass market, spa arena and

high-end retail environment. Lisa is charged with

ensuring that Amenity LLC continues to lead the

introduction of next-generation airless packaging

with metered dispensing systems, new patented

ingredient complexes, new ingredient actives, and

innovative sampling.

dwight schultheis Driven by a lifelong

quest for effective treatment for his own acne

and shaving-related skin problems, Dwight has

always had a passion and respect for skin care

and grooming products. During his years as a

consultant for leading Fortune 500 Companies,

with glycolic acid). Apply gel with a clean cotton

swab avoiding eyes. Leave on for 2 - 4 minutes.

Rinse off/Neutralize with water. If skin feels
