IBA Global is having its 17th Annual World Trade Conference (WTC) event incoordination with the US Department of Commerce Export Achievement Awardson May 4-5, 2010 in Ontario, California.

IBA Global, US Commercial Services/US Dept of Commerce, and the VietnamConsulate Trade Office in San-Francisco are unifying our efforts to assist HCMCUnion Business Association (HUBA) Board of Directors and its members to attendthe 17th Annual WTC.

IBA Global would like to establish a mutual cooperation with HUB A, and we arelooking forward to signing MOU(s) with HUBA to promote trade and culturalexchange between the United States and Vietnam during this World Trade Eventin Ontario, California. We anticipate of setting up a business forum to highlightVietnam and provide business networking with the title VIETNAM -POTENTIAL AND OPPORTUNITIES.

The U.S.- Vietnam Business Forum will take place on May 5,2010 from 3:45PMto 5:OOPM.

Our discussion with HUBA for this event and its agenda has been an on-goingeffort for the past three weeks and are continuing. To making this visit asbeneficial as possible for those attending the forum, we are expecting a delegationof 30 to 40 HUBA members from multiple associations and industries for thebusiness networking event.

Because time is of the essence, we are requesting your Honorary Ambassador toassist in expediting with the Visa entry procedures for this special annual WTCevent. The U.S.- Vietnam Business Forum will deepen relationship between theUnited States and Vietnam on the fundamental and productive for the shared goalsof growth and development mutually accepted and promoted by both sides of thePacific.
