Product IndexOur StoryIdeaman, Incorporated began in the fall of 1992 with

the vision of creating souvenir and gift items that allow consumers to commemorate their passions and experiences. Our facility is located in the heart of beautiful rural Missouri, making shipping to any

part of the country convenient and economical. We are very proud of our talented and hard-working team

members who come to work every day with the mission of inspiring Americans to commemorate their passions with the products we create. Through all of their hard work and energy we became a leader in innovation and

creativity in the souvenir industry. After winning several industry awards and gaining recognition for our design capabilities and our unmatched delivery and customer service, we set out to expand into new

markets and develop new and more meaningful products for consumers. Through this exciting

evolution, the American Expedition brand of gifts and decor was launched in the spring of 2002. Since then,

our creative approach to product design and our ability to deliver quality products to the market has led to us to building and expanding our office, warehouse, and production facilities – of which we are very proud.

to protect the finish on your vehicle’s painted surface. The full-color printing uses U.V. inks to help prevent fading in direct sunlight, giving the magnet years of use. Order Minimums: Our overall minimum order is $150.00. This can be mixed among all items at one to two pieces per style (see the catalog pages for each item’s individual minimum).

New Accounts: In order to set up an account with our company and to initiate your first order, a credit application must be completed. If your company has a pre-printed Credit Application, please be sure it contains all critical information; including Resale # (Tax I.D.#), Principal Name(s) and Social Security Number(s), Bank References, and All Relative Contact Information. IMPORTANT: The Credit Application must be signed by the business principal(s). You must also include four (4) trade references with the application.

Terms: Our standard terms for established and credit worthy accounts are Net 30 days. If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms, please submit a credit application and allow up to three weeks for approval. Ideaman, Inc. reserves the right to apply a 1.5% monthly finance charge to any past due accounts. A $30.00 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

Other Payment Methods: C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, or prepaid check with order (if the prepaid check option is chosen, the check must include freight). For credit card orders, customer must provide the Validation Code found on the back of the credit card. Credit Card payments can only be accepted if charged at time of shipping.

Method of Shipment: Freight is prepaid and billed with your merchandise - FOB Union, MO. Union is a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri (centrally located). Our policy is to use Fed Ex or UPS Ground for shipments less than 500 pounds. Common carriers are used for shipments over 500 pounds.

Availability and Back-Orders: Products temporarily out of stock will be back-ordered unless you state otherwise on the original order. All back-orders below $30.00 will be automatically cancelled.

Shortages and Damages: Please inspect goods on receipt. All claims for damages or shortages must be made to Ideaman within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 5 days of receipt.

Returns: All return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be authorized by the customer service department and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be in good, resalable condition. A return authorization (R/A) number will be provided by Ideaman, Inc. for all returns and a call tag will be sent.

Delivery Time: Our normal order turnaround time is 2 working days after the receipt of the order for existing customers. For new accounts that request net 30 terms it will take up to three weeks or more to get credit responses returned to our office. We recommend that new customers wanting credit terms pay for their first order by credit card to avoid the delay while we establish the account’s credit status.

Rush Orders: Please note the latest possible delivery date and reason for rush status. Indicate “RUSH” in bold letters on order. In order to expedite rush orders for New Accounts the retailer should prepay for the order using a credit card.
