Maintained 0.01% inventory accuracy of 1.5 million dollar rotating stock; resolved inventory issues, including system reconciliation, order building, and revenue recognition. Lead the coordination of 1500 weekly deliveries with customer service department and third party carrier, all retail deliveries in New England Market including 28 stores across 6 states, all store roll-outs, store floor sets, and all reverse logistics to the DC from all stores in New England . Successfully resolved front line delivery issues with our 3rd party courier consisting of a 22 truck delivery fleet, tracked all financial and productivity metrics for the HUB via excel spreadsheets, and lead all activity related to budgeting, ordering, and maintaining office supplies, maintenance supplies, and repair shop supplies. Conducted store visits with HUB manager to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal policies, Assisted in the drafting and publishing of internal HUB policies including those related to employment law compliance and managed shipping and receiving on behalf of all warehouse personnel using UPS or FedEx. Lead day-to-day management and follow-up of current products in the development cycle between groups within Hasbro (legal, creative
