JAMES DUIGAN

James Duigan has made it his mission to empower as many people as possible by spreading the Clean and Lean philosophy. A globally respected health and wellbeing expert, James wanted men and women from all walks of life to realise their physical and mental potential. His attitude and expertise have placed him in high demand on both sides of the Atlantic, where his Clean and Lean philosophy has garnered press interest from the likes of Vogue, Womens Health, GQ and the Daily Mail.

Clean and Lean encourages an organic, locally produced diet rich in lean protein, vegetables and healthy fats, cutting out toxic foods, summarised as CRAP (Caffeine, Refined sugar, Alcohol, Processed foods). Since founding Bodyism in 2006, James has trained some of the worlds most famous bodies including Lara Stone and David Gandy.

SIMON SMALL

With over 20 years experience working in the music industry Simon has been a regular fixture in the Maldives for the past five years. During his career he has performed alongside the likes of Tom Jones, Enrique Iglesias, Blondie, and Rod Stewart to name a few, from television and radio performances in the UK to clubs arenas across the globe. Performing six nights per week in Baazaar, Simon will be covering a wide range of tunes from the rock, pop and soul genres from Otis Redding to Avicii, and everything in between.
