AQUADEW SPA-30B is an anionic moisturizer derived from Aspartic acid, a kind of amino acid. Aspartic acid occurs in vegetable protein such as asparagus and soybean. AQUADEW SPA-30B has high affinity for skin, the feel is plainly distinguishable. It leaves skin feeling moist, smooth and completely tackless. For hair care application, AQUADEW SPA-30B moisturizes hair and improves hair manageability. It is also effective to protect hair from split ends or breakage.

Procedure :The outside of forearm was shaved and skin damage was induced by washing with Potassium Cocoate solution for 5 times.The damaged skin was treated with 2μL/cm2 of a moisturizer solution （10wt.% A.I.） for 15 minutes before the microscopic observation.

Procedure :Hair was treated with AQUADEW SPA-30※ （1wt.% A.I.） at 40℃ for 2 minutes and dried overnight at 40%RH.

※AQUADEW SPA-30 is the predecessor of AQUADEW® SPA-30B and consists of 30% sodium polyaspartate and 70% water.

After wash with SLES（rainy day）

After treatment with 0.5 wt.% （A.I.） of AQUADEW SPA-30※ （rainy day）

15 minutes after treatment （10wt.% A.I.）
