Asri : Welcome to Chef de Lorena, sir. Please have a seat.

Ammar : Oh, thank you.

Asri : May I take your order first, sir?

Ammar : Yes, may I have the menu?

Asri : Here it is, sir.

Ammar : I would like to have fruit salad for appetizer.

Asri : And for the main dish?

Ammar : I would like to have mushroom soup with roasted chicken.

Asri : And for the dessert?

Ammar : Id have the caramel pudding.

Asri : And for the beverages sir?

Ammar : Id take the strawberry blend.

Asri : Okay sir. Thats allI suppose. Please wait sir. Your order will be ready soon.

Ammar : Thank you.

About 30 minutes later, the waiter put the soup in front of the customer.

Ammar : Waiter.

Asri : Yes, mister? Is there any problem?

Ammar : Yes, theres a fly in my soup.

Asri : Really? Let me see it.

Ammar : Here, have a look.

Asri : Yes, theres a fly in your soup. Allow me to replace your soup with a new one.

Ammar : I should bring forward this matter to your boss I guess.

Asri : Yes, sir, you may complain to the boss. Follow me.

The waiter then bring customer to see the boss.

Aiman : Yes, can I help you Mister?

Ammar : Actually I came here to complain about my soup. Theres a fly in my soup.

Aiman : Really? Were sorry about that. I should replace your soup, or the soup is free of charge.

Ammar : May I see the cook so that he will remember this problem will never come again.

Aiman : Yes, you may. Waiter, please take him to see the cook.

Asri : Right away, sir.

The waiter bring the customer to see the cook.

Aliff: Yes, may I help you?

Ammar : Yes. Actually theres a fly in a soup you cooked earlier.

Aliff : Im sorry, may I take a look at the soup?

Ammar : Yes, here it is.

Aliff : Im really sorry sir. Its my fault. Let me cook you a new one.

Ammar : Thanks. I suppose this problem should never occur again.

Aliff : I will. Thanks for reporting about this. I will be careful next time.

The boss came to the kitchen

Aiman : Mister, is there any other problem I can help?

Ammar : No sir. Just keep your restaurant clean, and maintain the cleanliness

Aiman : Thank you for the feedback. Enjoy your meal mister.

Ammar : Thanks.

The boss then went to see the cook.

Aiman : Chef, I am hoping after this there will be no more complaint made by customers.

Aliff : Yes, sir. Im sorry for what had happened. I will be more careful after this.

Aiman : I hope we all can maintain our 5-star rating in this restaurant.

Aliff : Yes sir. Ill take that complaint as a lesson. I will not repeat the same mistake again.

Aiman : Great. We will together maintain this restaurants rating.

Aliff : Thats right. Sir, excuse me. I got some dishes to be ready.

Aiman : Yes, you can go.
