Description: R.C.C. Monolithic Shear wall Earthquake resistant structure comprising of 12 towers each having 18-20 stories with Stilt & Basement (in total 1292 flats; 22 lakhs Sq.ft built-up area).
Responsibility:1. Execution and supervision of structural and finishing work as per drawing and periodic
plans provided by the organization.2. Quality control of the work.3. Maintaining Safety parameters of the individual works.4. Co-ordination between design department and site.5. Co-ordination with Construction manager, Clint and Sub-Contractors.6. Billing of sub-contractors.
