• We will follow the existing 5-day cycle;
• Loandex2 allows for a dynamic inquiry/response cycle; partial inquiry lists can be downloaded for response processing.
• Full credit dealing reports available on the 5th day.

Loandex2 Guidelines
• Use SEC or DTI Registered Name of the firm• Inquire Trade/Firm Name of the Enterprise and the Name of
the Principal Owner separately• LGU accounts (e.g. CITY OF <name of city>, MUNICIPALITY OF
<name of municipality followed by name of province>, PROVINCE OF <name of province>, BARANGAY <name of barangay followed by name of city>)
• Indicate complete address

• Spell out the complete name with the surname written first, followed by the given name and the middle name or initial.
• For “and” and “and/or” accounts (as in case of spouses, where you are inquiring both of them), list these as two or more distinct accounts
• Professional titles are written last on an individual name• For Chinese/Korean names or any other foreign names wherein you
cannot determine which is the surname, the given name, or the middle name, spell these out as is
• Indicate the complete address. Should there be more than one(1) given address, indicate the other addresses as well

Confidentiality
The information provided by the LDPC should be treated as strictly confidential and should not be disclosed to any person or entity except to bank officers and staff who are required to have such information for the conduct of the bank’s business operations.

Loandex2 Guidelines
• The Loandex Data Processing Center (LDPC) operations shall be suspended in case BAP suspends cheque clearing in Metro Manila on account of inclement weather, such as, typhoon, continuous rains and floods; calamities; among others.
• Responses to inquiries due on the day the LDX2 is suspended shall fall due on the succeeding banking day.

– Master directory of Individual and Corporate names with assigned BAP Subject Numbers (last 3 yrs only : 1M records trimmed down to 550,000 records after migration)
– Business Name Registration System – SEC i-Register, other references available from internet– Business Profiles 2012-2013 Edition (PBPPI)
• Returned Inquiries– Refer to inquiry guidelines – LDPC interpretations of inquiries will vary from Equicom
• How to Minimize Returns and Avoid Penalties– Use Master Directory as reference– Use BAP Subject Numbers– Include additional information, e.g. Birthdates
