    The entire Soviet Union was aware of the gymnastics developed by famous cardiologist Nikolai Amosov, but fewpeople knew that Nicolay Mikhailovich never purposefully did physical exercises when he was young. Amosov did gymnastics severaltimes a day. Of course, the famous surgeon jogged not 5 kilometers as he did at the beginning of his experiment,but about 1,5 kilometers . I do jog, but no one can stop aging. As one of the outstanding persons said: Aging isnot good, but it is the only way to live a bit longer Nicolai Amosov says. Anyone can envy him for his optimism.

On the contrary, I consider all these up-to-date methods to be fiddlesticks. All you need isminimum physical exercises. The organism of a man of any age requires 20 minutes gymnastics a day plus

    walking. To keep fit out organism requires an hour of physical activity a day, especially for people over 40 yearsold.

    The process of aging may start at any age (sooner or later), but all people need half an hour of active walking aday, as well as jogging and half an hour of gymnastics with dumbbells a day. Moreover the dumbbells areobligatory: 2-3-kilo dumbbells would be good, because just waiving hands is not enough: muscles don t work. Ithas been programmed by nature that muscle mass gradually decreases with age. And the muscles turn into fat.So, you have to exercise again and again. Dont make allowances for aging.

    Whats more, dont allow any body weight gain, which is a sure sign of eutrophy. A man should have low andstable weight. A man with quite developed muscular system can calculate the appropriate weight for him bysubtracting 100 from his height. If muscle system is not developed subtract 110 from height.

    Theoretically you can eat everything you want. But for all that your ration should contain not less then 300 gramsof raw and vegetable food. And the question about the importance of animal food is not the most important one.

    Of course, meat contains amino acids, which are absent in other types of food and its hard for our organism toextract them. But theoretically out organism can do without meat.

Recently I am trying tobecome familiar wit the meditation technique: 20 minutes I sit relaxed. At the same time it is important toconcentrate on breathing. Meditating helps me to fall asleep.

    As far as alcohol is concerned, a small dose of it is even health-giving. But tobacco is harmful by all means.

    The number of cancer carriers in the world remains the same (except for the carriers of cancer of lungs).Moreover, the number of stomach cancer carriers even reduced. Cancer used to be one of the main causes ofdeath (the 2nd -3rd place) and this statistics remains. But few people take into account that within the last 50years lifetime has become longer, while cancer carriers are mainly elderly population.
