London, 29 July 2020: Whilst they’ve been stuck at home backpackers have eagerly been searching and saving hostels to their wish-lists for their future trips. Online booking platform, Hostelworld, reveals the most wish-listed hostels in the world over the last three months.
Backpackers are eager to reclaim their passion for travel, and a recent poll has revealed they will be among the first to do so as 48% plan to travel in the first 60 days after restrictions ease1. Daring to brave the new normal, 7 in 10 are planning on travelling internationally as soon as they can.
The ranking reveals the most desirable destinations for young hostel-travellers haven’t changed much with Europe, Asia and Australia ranking highly.
