AN EET FITNESS TESTAN EET FITNESS TEST
HOW AM I GOING TO GET THROUGH TWO WEEKS OF VACATION?
• So I’ve lost 30 lbs. and kept it off…
• Vacation! “Will I gain weight?
• And, if I do, can I lose it?”
THE PLANTHE PLAN
• Use the Blaster Week Plan a week before my vacation• Started at 166• Left for vacation at 163

• Went on vacation with my jump rope, stopwatch and 2 sets of barbells.
• I didn’t work out as much as I had
hoped
• Swedish interval most everyday, but only did the strength circuit and some extra jump roping twice.
• The result ? I gained 3 lbs.
• Lost the 3lbs. in 4 days!!
• Returned home for one week before heading out on another vacation
• Practiced my EET timing & exercise routine.
• At the start of my 2nd week of vacation, I weighed 163 and returned at a HUGE 168.
• During vacation, I ran daily, but no strength routine…and, I ate a lot.
• Back home 6 days, I returned to normal 163-165 lb. range.
• Returning to normal
habits was easy.
• The EET program is a program that was formed slowly.
• The weight was lost in a controlled manner with my favorite foods.
• Targeting 160 lbs. and see if I can maintain it.
• On vacation, I missed doing the EET routine
