Things You’ll Need Before you get started with RPR - there are a few important items you will need.

The First Time your use the RPR Website you will need to create an account - only licensed REALTORS® can use this tool.

1. Your NRDS ID Number If you do not know your NRDS number, you can find it on your NAR membership card, in your account info at www.lbar.com, on www.nar.com, in your account info at www.lbarmls.com, or on the mailing label of your REALTOR magazine.

2. Your Contact Information in order to create your Profile

3. The property info for the listings you are going to use as comps

Now you’re ready to create an account

What RPR Can do for You!

You can adjust the proposed price of your home by entering some of the basic facts like year built and

square footage.

You can also adjust the price based on specific home improvements and when they were completed

Tom recommends using the SALES COMPARISON ANALYSIS

Just like your normal CMAs you can adjust and compare between multiple properties

You can enter in your own COMPS or choose from suggestions - you can find suggestions geographically,

structurally similar, etc.

Tom recommends using the Valuation Workbook to present to your seller, it will show you a preview on the

right side.

There are many options for this workbook. Play around and see what you want to include and/or remove.

Tom recommends unchecking the Suppress refined value for subject property. This number is usually a range of the lowest or highest estimate for that

property and isn’t a very accurate range for your seller.

You can personalize your report with your seller’s name and a message or notes.

You can print out the workbook to present to your seller, or you can e-mail them a digital copy. (These

workbooks are typically large, your client may not want a huge PDF file sent to their e-mail)
