Vacuum Lifting Equipment:

Vacuum lifters are ideal cost effective solutions for handling bags, boxes, cartons, sheet materials, drums and other common payloads.  We also design and build special tooling for every imaginable payload:  electronic and computer system components, refractory, signature logs, pallets, furniture, reels, rolls and multiple payload handling for more productive palletizing or depalletizing.

Vacuum Lifting Equipment:

Palamatic lift tube systems use vacuum and flow to both lift and hold payloads.  The use of a hoist is not required.

Using vacuum lift tube technology to lift as well as hold requires design within an optimum range of flow, contact area, vacuum pressure and lift tube diameter.

Manipulators and special PneuLift or PneuHoist lifters are ideal cost effective solutions for handling for assembly, machine loading or unloading, handling for inspection, and handling for packaging in a broad range of industries.

PneuLifts:

Palamatic PneuLifts are a new idea in the industrial handling world.  PneuLifts combine the tooling, control and manipulation features of our manipulators in a compact, light weight and easy to maneuver device that is tailored to your specific handling application.

PneuLifts:

PneuLifts use a pneumatic cylinder with an external bearing rod to handle payloads from 10 to 800 pounds in both light and heavy industrial environments.

PneuLifts can be floor mounted from a light weight enclosed track jib crane or articulating crane, overhead mounted from an enclosed track crane, or mounted on a Palamatic PalTrac stainless steel clean room crane.
