IS GREEN . And by green I don’t mean any weird enviro-smart

green, or Mary Jane green, or even Moolah green

(although, if you’re feeling inventive, feel free to dress

in the latter; how glam!). No, I’m talking about the

colour -- my favourite colour, that is! And given that

we all look rather charming in green, as pictures of

several of you on this page will show, why not

capitalize on that?

Of course, not both nights will require green attire. I’m

a believer that fashion is a form of expression and

thus one night of the two will be freestyle ;-). Green-

night will be Friday, 26 March . And I’m serious.Consider wearing green -- any shade of green -- the

invitation you must present in order to be admitted to

the celebrations ;-).

eating before heading collectively to the next event. Feel free toarrive any time after 8:30 and before 9:30 pm.

budget, lavishly throw back some alcoholic beverages and enjoyfriendship in celebration of Breton’s quickly approaching birthday.

Come time to ofcially ring in Breton’s birthday, we will amass at

Pacico (at the suggestion of Julianne -- I am still open tosuggestions as to other bars and this is by no means set in stone).

It should be noted that there is a dress code for this establishment,the purpose of which is to keep out the hoi polloi. So don’t dresslike hoi polloi, and we’ll be all set to get... um, merry.

some closing notes :

a.) Pacico is not a for-sure gig yet. Again, this something else I’ll get back to youabout. And input is more than welcome.

b.) It was decided that Green Night would be on Friday after I surveyed almost all of

you and the slight majority was in support of dinner night being theme night, so I willnot take responsibility for your dissatisfaction. ;-)

c.) Feel free to only attend one of the two evenings of celebration if you can’t attendboth. I am aware that this is a busy time academically. Should you only be able toattend one of the two nights, please let me know which night you will be attending.

d.) Feel free to bring one guest with you on Saturday, 27 March. However, the guest

list for Friday, 26 March is slightly more exclusive.

e.) I’ve tried my best to keep the weekend at moderately low cost to all. It is not necessary that you buy gifts (well, for most of you anyway ;-)) and thereby the only costs should be your dinner and drinks. Just like any other weekend on the town!
