Here’s how you will set up your new account (portal)…

ACH or E-CHECK (100% free to you!)
ACH--Enter your routing and account numbers in your secure Online Portal to pay your monthly or any other charges directly from your checking or savings account.
E-CHECK– You work with your bank who prints & sends a check to Tamarack for the amount and date you choose each month. (Much like monthly bill paying online.)
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
An online convenience fee applies (now at 2.9%.) Enter information in your secure Online Portal.
CHECK
You can still send/deliver a check to the Office.
Staff will promptly enter your payment into Appfolio which then creates a bank deposit AND updates your portal.

What if I don’t use a computer?
• As mentioned earlier, you can continue to pay your monthly fee by delivering a check to the TT Office.
• You can continue to give your work orders to staff in the TT Office.
• You will not be able to see the list of your pending/completed work orders like you used to do from the old TT web site.

For those seeking assistance with activation of their portals (profiles), optional drop-in sessions will be held at the Clubhouse in the upstairs meeting room. We will have one or more computers available for hands-on training. And members of the implementation team will be on hand to answer your questions.
