A.1.1 – Agir sur le maillage viaire :L’action fondamentale est de percer un nouveau franchissement dans le faisceau ferré pour permettre de relier le Louvre au Stade Bollaert et au-delà vers le centre-ville de Lens et de Liévin.Sur l’ensemble des opérations, il s’agit de retrouver des continuités viaires pour désenclaver les quartiers, viabiliser des terrains. À terme, il s’agit de rendre le territoire plus ramifié et plus lisible pour ceux qui l’arpentent.

A.1.2 – Construire une armature végétale :Réaliser un faisceau de cordons boisés et de cheminements qui relient les grands équipements structurants et les centres villes d’une part, et qui valorisent le parcellaire existant, support de mutations urbaines, d’autre part.

A.1.3 – Développer les éco-mobilitésL’arc vert et le maillage viaire multiplie les supports d’éco-mobilités (tramway, bus, cycles, piétons etc…).



A.2.1 – Développer des concentrations ponctuelles de services et d’équipements.En agissant de façon ponctuelle mais volontaire sur les articulations des axes structurants, en y développant des services et des commerces, pour en faire des pôles attracteurs qui irrigueront de vie urbaine d’abord ces voies structurantes puis qui animeront l’ensemble du territoire.

A.2.2 – Densifier l’ensemble du territoire dans le respect du paysage.La faible densité de logement est un facteur limitatif du territoire, en particulier pour en faire une véritable centralité. Il faut donc dès que cela est possible produire des formes urbaines compactes et des logements adaptés aux attentes de la population.






Le Schéma Directeur intègre une réflexion sur l’eau à l’échelle de l’ensemble du périmètre dont les objectifs sont la réactivation, le développement et la mise à profit conjointe des deux systèmes naturels et artificiels existants

Deux idées de ville en opposition l’une avec l’autre

cohabitent à Puteaux. L’architecture sur dalle de La Défense s’élève

au Nord du tissu urbain traditionnel du reste de la commune. Les

différences conceptuelles entre deux manières de penser la ville et

son fonctionnement aboutissent sur le terrain à des discontinuités

flagrantes entre ces deux entités.

Le site de Gallieni, s’organise autour du square de Gallieni et semble

représenter une estrade urbaine depuis Puteaux. Entre la structure

urbaine de la dalle de la Défense et le tissu urbain de Puteaux, le

quartier Gallieni detient une position intermédiaire.

Les différents niveaux de dalle sous lesquels s’organisent les flux

automobiles au niveau de La Défense induisent une discontinuité

entre le niveau du sol naturel et celui du quartier d’affaire.

Les discontinuités sont renforcées par un double effet de barrière

due à la fracture que représente le boulevard circulaire, où les

porosités et les franchissements restent compliqués.
