Objetivo general.Analizar el comportamiento de la falla en materiales empleados para tubos por los que circula vapor de agua sobrecalentado.

Objetivos especficos.-Aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en el software Ansys, para poder analizar las fallas que se presenta en un tubo.-analizar los resultados que se obtiene al implementar diferentes materiales (acero inoxidable y cobre) en los tubos.

Introduccin.El estudio de temperaturas en superficies, se requiere de un equipo de medicin necesario para poder obtener los resultados que se desea obtener, pero en ocasiones es difcil realizar los estudios por la falta de equipo de medicin para lo cual en el presente proyecto a realizar, se utilizara un software llamado Ansys que nos pueda mostrar los resultados trmicos que se desean obtener.En el presente trabajo se pretende realizar un anlisis trmico, mediante los resultados obtenidos el comportamiento que se presenta en la fallas de tal manera que se observe cules son las variaciones trmica que se presenta al variar la profundidad de la falla, as mismo se realizara una observacin semejante pero tomando en cuenta el material que se est empleando en el tubo.En las siguientes pginas se muestra los datos necesarios para poder realizar nuestro anlisis para cada caso, y los resultados de distribucin de temperaturas, el gradiente trmico y la suma de vector en la componente x y en la componente y, que se obtienen al modificar la longitud de la falla y su profundidad, y al emplear diferente material, en el cual en cada caso se muestra el cdigo.Por ltimo se muestra las conclusiones realizadas en base a lo que se analiz.

-Desarrollo de anlisis.

-Al iniciar Ansys cambiamos el ttulo de nuestro proyecto.-Posteriormente seleccionamos la disciplina con la que vamos a trabajar. En este caso Thermal.

-El siguiente paso es crear la geometra de nuestro tubo.Primero creamos la geometra de la falla mediante Keypoints. Para los primeros casos del tubo de cobre, introducimos estos valores.KpsXY

-Creamos un rea con los keypoints ingresados.

Para crear el perfil del tubo dibujamos un cilindro hueco con los radios correspondientes.Fig1.7 perfil del tubo con falla.Hacemos una extrusin al rea del cilindro para crear el slido del tubo. Usamos una profundidad de 35 cm. Al usar la profundidad que se pide en el proyecto tenemos un volumen demasiado grande y los recursos de la computadora no son suficientes para mallar tal geometra.

Extruimos el area de la falla a la profundidad que se pida.fig1.9 extrusin del area de la falla.

Con una operacin Booleana substraemos el volumen correspondiente a la falla. Quedando as concluida la geometra de nuestro tubo.Fig2 substraccin del rea de la falla.Seleccionamos el tipo de elemento, en este caso es Solid 70.fig2.1 eleccin del tipo de elemento.

Seleccionamos las unidades de temperatura para nuestra simulacin

Seleccionamos las propiedades del material.

Realizamos el mallado. Por los recursos limitados del equipo de cmputo usamos un tamao de malla muy grueso.

Pedimos que solo nos muestre lineas y hacemos la aplicacin de cargas por reas.fig2.5 aplicacin de cargas.

Una vez resuelto el sistema, pasamos al post-proceso, obtenemos la distribucin de temperaturas.
