1. All items are sold as displayed before the sale. Neither C.D.C. Investments Ltd., nor the seller are responsible for any faults, imperfections or errors in descriptions. 2. The C.D.C. Investments Ltd. guarantees the authenticity of the items. The guaranty is unlimited in time. In case of doubts, the buyer must submit a written statement by an acceptable professional and the purchase price will be refunded if the object is returned in the exact condition it was sold. 3. The auctioneer is the sole person authorized to decide on the successful bidder, to cancel the sale of any item, to offer it at a new auction or to withdraw items from the sale. 4. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and the payment will also be in Israeli New Shekels, at the exchange rate announced by the auctioneer at the beginning of the sale. 5. A premium of 18% + VAT on the premium will be added to the "Hammer Price". 6. Those interested in bidding should use the numbered card received at the registration prior the sale. 7. C.D.C. Investments Ltd. will represent absentee bidders who have sent or phoned in their bids. 8. The purchase must be paid and collected not later than three days after the auction. 9. In case of dispute, the matter will be referred to the Tel-Aviv Court or to any arbitrator accepted by both parties. 10. The sale will be governed by the rules of the Israel Antiquities Authority of trade in antiquities over 300 years old. For such items to be exported, an export permit issued by the Israel Antiquities Authority is required. 11. If necessary, C.D.C. Investments Ltd. will provide all the required services for the export of an item: 1) Obtaining the export permit from the Israel Antiquities Authority. 2) Arranging packing, transport and insurance (This will be paid by the buyer). 3) Providing the relevant certificates of authenticity. 12. The catalogue price is US$ 15 but it will be distributed free of charge to participants in the auction. 13. The price of each item is an estimation based on the value of similar items in shops and auctions in Israel and abroad. Bidding starts at about 30% below the highest estimate, but no less.
