Action Deaf Youth is the largest Deaf youth organisation in Northern Ireland. It runs a number of youth clubs and youth events for young Deaf and hard of hearing people across various regions for different age groups, throughout Northern Ireland.

BELFAST• Wee Vibers Kids Club 4 to 11 year olds

every Saturday morning.

• The Vibe Youth Club 12 to 20 year olds every Friday evening.

• Seniors Youth Club 18 to 25 year olds Thursday evening once a month.

CRAIGAVON• Wee Vibers Kids Club 4 to 11 year old

every Saturday afternoon.

Our kids and youth club programs are designed to meet the Northern Ireland Youth Curriculum Framework consisting of three core principles:

• Participation

• Acceptance and Understanding of others

• Values and Beliefs

CLUBS

SUMMER SCHEMESAction Deaf Youth hold 3 Summer Schemes a year. These run in July/August for 5 days.

• Belfast Wee Vibers’ Summer Scheme 4 to 11 year olds.

• Vibrations Summer Scheme 12 to 18 year olds.

• Craigavon Wee Vibers’ Summer Scheme 4 to 11 year olds.

RESIDENTIAL WEEKENDS

• Wee Vibers Kids Club Summer Residential 8 to 11 year olds.

• The Vibe Youth Residential 12 to 17 year olds.

• Senior Residential 18 to 25 year olds.

We provide free training for volunteers, for example youth work, child protection  and First Aid courses.
