- REMOVE EXISTING ROOF SHEETING TO HALL ROOF, KITCHEN ANDAMENITIES ROOF. (ENTRY AND FRONT STORE ROOF TO REMAIN)
- REPAIR AND REPLACE EXISTING HALL STRUCTURE WHERE NECESSARY.
- REPAIR OR REPLACE EXISTING GUTTERS, FASCIAS, DOWNPIPES AND BARGES. PROVIDEADDITIONAL DOWNPIPES IF NECESSARY TO ASSIST WITH STORMWATER REMOVAL.
- REPLACE ROOF SHEETING OVER HALL WITH NEW SARKING AND WIRE SAFETY MESH.
- REPLACE CEILING LINING TO UNDERSIDE OF HALL ROOF STRUCTURE TO MATCH EXISTING.
- REMOVE EXISTING MESH EAVE LINING AND PROVIDE NEW LOW MAINTENANCE EAVESHEETING TO PREVENT NESTING OF BIRDS.
- PROVIDE NEW INSULATED ROOF OVER OFFICE AND AMENITIES AREAS (RECOMMEND R3.5INSULATION) WITH SAFETY MESH AND SARKING.
- PROVIDE NEW CEILING LINING OVER OFFICE AND AMENITIES. ENSURE WATERPROOF ORMOISTURE RESISTANT LININGS OVER AMENITIES.
CARRY OUT ALL WORKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURES AND ENGINEERS DETAILS.ENSURE WORK IS CARRIED OUT BY A SUITABLY QUALIFIED CONSULTANT OR TRADESPERSON.ENSURE WORK IS CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH RELEVANT BUILDING CODESAND AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS.
