INTUITIVE EATING GOD'S WAY: Liz Patton Because of diet culture, we've allowed rules and restrictions to tell us when, what and how to eat.  Learn tips on how to eat intuitively by releasing yourself from diet culture, nurturing your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, and ultimately finding body and food freedom.
