Day of Confessions Wednesday, April 10, 2019

All Saints: 9:30am—12, 1:00—5:00pm , 6:30—9:00pm

St. Charles: 1:00—6:00pm, 7:00—9:00pm

Dear Friends,

“Then the other disciple also went in, the one who had arrived at the tomb first, and he saw and believed.” John 20:8

The Gospel of John tells us that it was after the beloved disciple entered the tomb that he was able to believe the message that Jesus preached. That message was that He would suffer his passion, death, and be resurrected from the dead. Our belief in eternal life is plausible after we too have experienced the preaching, healing and forgiveness of our savior Jesus Christ.

It is with the above in mind, and with hearts renewed, that we are called to gather to celebrate a great day – The Resurrection of our Lord – Easter. This is a day of remembrance; lest we forget the past and ruin our future. It is important for all of God’s children to turn our eyes from the cross to the empty tomb.

When the time comes… Have a Blessed Easter! Let His life fill your life this Easter!

Yours in Christ, Fr. Thom
