Careing Hands AFH goal is to provide personalized care to meet the needs of each individualand the best care that your loved one needs. We provide a home-like atmosphere in a safe environment.We specialize in dementia, providing care 7 days a week/24hours. We provide all levels of care through end-of-life.

All positioning assistance provided

All staff have been trained in all transfer methods.

All eating assistance provided. Residents that have difficulty feeding themselves are assisted by the staff.

We offer assistance with all toileting needs. Stand by assist, transfer, total incontinence care.

We assist, supervisor, and monitor residents from self ambulation to stand by assist, to hoyer standing lifts.

All personal hygiene needs are met by the staff.

One to one assistance, supervision and cueing as needed.

All bathing assistance provided.

We provide all medication assistance from self to total medication assistance. Medication with delegation
