Cat E - Volunteer Activities
Providing volunteer, non-compensated project management, program management, project risk, project scheduling or agile project management services to non-employer or non-client customer groups.

Cat F - Working in PM
Working as a project manager in your field of expertise (project management, program management, project risk management, project scheduling management or agile project management).
15 PDU max per cycle, and 5 PDUs per year
