The wire end connectors are soldered or crimpedon the wires then insertedinto the housing until it snaps and locks into place.

Slide the 2 housings together The housings will stay together

If you don’t Solder you can use special crimpers to assemble your connectors

Be very careful how you use the crimpers

If you crimp the wire end connectors on the wrong sideit will flare the connector and make it very difficult andalmost impossible to insert in the plastic housing.

The wire end connectors are split on one side

Place the split side of the wireend connector against this sideof the crimpers.

Notice the connector splitside is not deformed and is nice, round and smooth

I use heat shrink over the wires to hold them together and also keep the housings for sliding apart.A small roll pin can also be inserted in the center to keep the housings from sliding apart.
